We stopped to eat at this Applebees on March 30th, 2025. Our waitress who name was “Tracy” I assume because she never introduced herself and the only way I know her name because she told the booth in front of us her name. When she brought our drinks to the table she sat them in middle for us to pass out. Upon receiving our food she not once returned to the table to check on us but she constantly asked the booth behind us if their food was good and checked on them consistently. She brought a refill to the table after our daughter had finished and went to the car. She brought the receipt and sat it at the edge of the table. While my friend was on her way back from the bathroom she overheard “Tracy” and the blue hair waitress conversation and Tracy said and I quote “They have attitude at that table and they didn’t even tip me.” First of all we never had attitude and secondly we didn’t tip because of the service! I will never return to the location!

Hostess stand was very disorganized and didn’t know who was next to seat when the waiting seats were all taken waiting to be seated. Service was great once we sat down. Food was good. But we were very disappointed there were no ribs that we wanted to order. That was the whole point in why we came. Also the vents appear to have black mold in them and the ceilings above your tables are caked with dust/dirt and never cleaned off. My bf said men’s bathroom looked like it is never cleaned and was very dirty. food and service I rate 4/5 combined. But cleanliness 2/5. Booths very uncomfortable to sit on also.

Food was just ok, service was awful but it wasn’t a surprise because we were there before and the service was bad as well, we went back thinking that they had their act together but still the same thing. Now I think that we won’t be back for good. The restaurant is badly managed, the franchise owner should do something about it.

My Family was out for a Birthday Celebration and the Drinks was very weak , it took a long time to get our food , water was very undrinkable.Food was good. Will we be back , no.

Maybe a dozen tables during our service which took almost two hours.
Ribs: Dry, Not Hot
Mac n cheese: overcooked, dry, no cheese!
Sweet tea: not sweet
Sprite: carbonated water 🤷‍♀️
Waitress was ok, service was SO slow likely because there only seemed to be a couple servers.

This is the second time I’ve tried to eat here and it was not a good experience. There are never any host. Each time I waited for 15-20 min before someone acknowledged me and came to seat me. The restaurant was empty both times. This last time the manager who was a woman of color asked after I’ve been sitting for 10 min was I waiting for a To -Go order as I proceeded to the restroom. I responded no I’m waiting to be seated and no one has done that. I walk off and she proceeded to make a statement
“That’s what’s wrong with my people these days.” She didn’t expect me to hear her and tried to to deny it at first then when I told her that I heard her loud and clear she proceeded to say that wasn’t directed to you. I was the only person of color standing there when this statement was made. A a loss prevention auditor this was the worst customer experience I’ve ever experienced from a Manager. I left and will not return as well as reporting to the GM!

Wasn't crowded at all. Waitress took our order, was 10 minutes before we got our drinks. After they had been empty a while she walked by and I said could we get more drinks? Finally got them and they never got refilled. Finally got our food after 47 minutes. Hamburger Bun was hard as a rock. All she gave us for utensils was a pack with plastic fork, knife and a napkin. Could have used a few more napkins and more to drink but she never came around again till probably 5 minutes after we got done eating. I'll say it's the worst Applebee's experience I've ever had and I have been to many. For there not to be more than 15 to 20 people, if that, on a Sunday night at 7, you would think the service and all would have been faster and better

This location has a worker here that takes your order down, repeats it back to you, and still gets it wrong I'm just trying to figure out where the hooked on phonics was missed. The food came out and it was hot and some cold. Being in the top 10 percent of reviewers in the world I know this is not going to be looked at nicely but hey you know better you do better
