Girl that was taking our order was VERY rude, and didn't even put half the stuff we wanted in our order. The only person that made this experience even bearable was the sweet white man working in the back... bless his heart for having to deal with 2 girls that can't even put an order together.

Not helpful at all. I walked in.went to the counter. There was 1 person there ordering. Once they were done, i asked about the order i was picking up, again didn't say a word. I said I'm here to pick up so and so order. Again nothing just noded. The girl looked at me didn't say anything but a word. At least st is not rest, it's going to be a few minutes something other than ignoring a person.
The Curly fries, crinkle fries and mozzarella sticks came out cold and there was no apology from the girl who clearly didn't want to be there. They were re-made and were fine though I had to ask for the marinera sauce. I ordered a cup of cheddar and it was only a tiny bit filled so they gave me a second(equally little bit in another cup) everyone just looked like they could care less about being there. I'm sorry you don't like your job (I'm not fond of mine either) but I will always be respectful to people and apologize if there is something that went wrong for them. I won't return to this particular Arby's again.

Ordered the new Smokehouse Sandwich and White Cheddar Mac and Cheese.
The sandwich tasted good but didn't realize you needed to order sauce on it. There's a photo of sauce packets but I assumed the sandwich already had sauce and was never asked which kind of sauce I wanted on it. Ended up using BBQ sauce from home but could be an issue for folks eating on the go.
White Cheddar Mac and Cheese wasn't good. I don't recommend it. It has a chemical cheese taste and after two bites I tossed it. Not a store issue. Probably a company recipe issue. Didn't get a spoon or napkins but used a spoon at home. Again, more of an issue for folks eating on the go.
The employees working there were really nice and the food came out quick so no complaints there.
