Egg benidict was a hard boiled egg, grits were so thick and way to much pepper. Eggs over easy were toast and burned. Service was Marginal. Omelet was also over done. Last week, I was having a rough day when I went through the Chick-fil-A drive-thru for a 4-count chicken strip meal. It was around 90 degrees outside, and Julia was out there taking orders face-to-face in the heat—yet she still greeted me with a warm smile and an incredibly positive attitude.
