“This is my favorite Chick-fil-A location simply because of their staff. When you go somewhere and the staff is constantly changing, to me, it's not a good sign for the establishment.
The Riverdale location staff is consistent, very plesent and they make you feel special! Now I must tell you I come several times a week (mostly in the morning for my kids breakfast before school), so I'm usually always greated by name from a handful of employees. It doesn't matter if I come inside or use the mobile order line, the service is always great.
Have I ever had a mishap with my order, I would say yes. The fact that this has been my main location for over 15yrs, I would say I can count on one hand how many time it's happened. Another reason why this location is my favorite, they are apologetic and quick to fix whatever the issue is with a smile and great customer service.
I go to a lot of locations all over and one thing I must say is Chris, the Riverdale operator, is seen and not just to smile and welcome you for visiting. Every time I see him, he's in the Frontline working along side his employees.
It was scorching hot yesterday and he was out helping drive through with a smile and acknowledging everyone who came through. Although he wasn't the one to bring me my order, he still made it a point to acknowledge me and my order as I pulled up to the mobile order line after check-in.

I believe all Chick-fil-A lines move swiftly. That's why when the lines is sticking out in the street, we still get in line knowing it will moves fast.
Lines were long, I had a large order and I was still in and out in great time.

Our food was fresh as always, ice cream filled to the brim, we had extra napkins (were much needed with the kid orders), plenty of sauce and everything tasted as desired!

I no longer live in Riverdale, but whenever I visit, I make it a point to visit my favorite location. It's the only location I can come get sweet tea and it's actually sweet.

I'm not sure if they still have their activity nights/family night, but when my oldest was growing up, we went to all their events throughout the year. It was great and if you have children, please support all the FREE activities they put together. The experience, bonding, pictures and all the items we created together mean the world to me now.“

“This specific zaxbys is truly the best in all Clayton county I drive further to go to this one rather than the Jonesboro one that is right around the corner from my house. Every time I come everyone has great customer service full of smiles and welcoming energy. They clearly have chic fil a standards at this location. The food has been perfect every time I have been there a handful of times in the past 2 weeks working on the rd and my on the go meal was perfect every time! “Half of the location is a normal Chick-fil-A with some additional menu options, while the other half is a full service restaurant with the special menu. We ordered the chicken and waffles, the southern omelette, and a platter that lets you select three sides.
Omelette was slightly spicy from the chicken and peppers and pretty loaded with corn and beans. The waffles were also fluffy and not too sweet. The sprouts were crispy and well seasoned while the soufflé tasted like a warm sweet potato pie. The waffle fries were more disappointing, under seasoned and not crispy.
Overall food is what you’d expect for fast food, but still cool to try out the special menu options.“

“This place is a true gem especially if you like wings. When I went out didn't take me long at all to get my food. The wings were so crunchy and delicious, couldn't get enough of it. Mac and cheese was delicious as well.... Wish the Mac and cheese portion was a little bigger that's my only tiny complaint also wish it was open more often. Other than that I'd spend a good deal of my little money here.“

“My family and I came here after seeing my sister getting baptized. We were a party of 8. At first the server peeped around the corner and saw us and rolled her eyes 👀. She seemed to have an attitude (maybe it was time for her to go home 🤷🏾‍♀️). We were seated and that server came with a much more pleasant attitude. “This place has some of the best wings and wing flavors. My granddaughter and I visit frequently and they never disappoint. She orders half touchdown wing flavor and the other half powder ranch all flat and I order powder ranch all flat although I have had different flavors which ever you get trust you will be satisfied. “First time here. It was horrible during the T-Mobile Tuesday, 97% people didn't get their food after ordering hours and hours in advance, and waiting hours and hours for our food (they werent ready). But I went back later in the week, and they honored my order. And the find was good.“
