Tonight I had the pleasure to fill my belly with the pastrami grill. It did not disappoint! Rye was perfect, the meat was perfect, the 1000 island was perfect, the cheese was perfect, the slaw was perfect, and it was grilled to perfection. The two ladies working the dinner service were wonderful to chat with while we talked about my selection. I'm sad that I waited this long to try Zaddy's. “I stopped by for dinner here about a month ago while on a business trip. I was there during their golden hour, 4-6PM. The restaurant is clean and decorated with bright nautical decor. It wasn't very busy at all since I was there between the more traditional lunch and dinner hours and on a Tuesday. I was the only one dining in at the time . Ordering is super easy, you mark off everything you want on a laminated ordering card and hand it to the cashier. The service was wonderful. The staff were very friendly but also gave me my space to dine comfortably as a solo diner. Food was so good, fresh, filling but healthy. They also have all kinds of sauces other than your traditional tartar and cocktail sauces that were all a match for any taste preference and paired perfectly with the fish. Not that the fish or any of the food needed anything to make it better. It was already very good on its own. The golden hour specials were a welcomed surprise given how expensive everything is everywhere these days, especially seafood. My food was like $7 off, I had a dinner plate that's regularly $22 that is only $15 during golden hour and I had a glass of wine for only $5. As I ate I noticed many people dropped in to pick up their preorders. They seem to have a very efficient "order ahead" system. I would love to eat here again and wish there was one where I live. Sadly I will have to wait until I find myself back in Atlanta.“

“My husband and I attended the pasta 101 class. This class was sold out but, after emailing, I was scheduled in with two tickets! The class was taught by Jennifer and her teaching style and pace mixed with professionalism and charm was refreshing. We learned how to make several types of pasta and were treated to a delectable sampling of the pasta. After the class my husband and I dined. I throughly enjoyed a custom made mocktail and a GF red lentil pasta - which I asked to be paired with the San Marzono sauce and a side of lemon zest. My husband enjoyed his Spaghetti and meatballs. I must give honorable mention to the bread and olive board which was exquisite. Thank you for a wonderful birthday for my husband.Dietary restrictions: The red lentil pasta was absolutely delicious. The owner came to my table to clarify my allergy before the dish was prepared. I made a special request which completely changed the menu item and I was graciously accommodated. Thank you.“

“On my way to Zaxby's for lunch, ironically to buy a salad, I saw the sign for "Salads by Martha". Intrigued, I pulled into the shared parking lot and approached the restaurant. A quick glance at the door/window revealed they were only accepting phone or curbside/intercom orders - no dine-in customers for the time being. There was already a line of cars waiting for their orders, and a friendly lady was bringing them out. I placed my order with her, opting for the Southern Charm with a chicken breast instead of the chicken salad and no tomatoes. It turned out that the lady taking orders was Ms. McNeal, the mother of "Martha." She was incredibly friendly, and my order was promptly delivered. The salad was very fresh and delicious. I have already been back a couple of times ordering from home and just driving over to pick up. I definitely suggest everyone go support this local black owned business.“
“The 5 stars is mainly for the amazing service. Warm, friendly, funny, accommodating. I'd come back for that alone. While I didn't order it this time, the hookah is only $15 which is outstanding. I haven't seen hookah prices like that since 2008. The food was okay! While I enjoyed my salmon philly, I ended up with significantly less salmon and cheese than my boyfriend. The fries were good. The mac was okay. Will def be coming back to try their catfish sandwich. The parking lot is kind of small, but at least there is one!!“

The chips were a nice “freebie” that I ate this time but would probably not be helpful to me on a regular basis because I try to avoid extra canola oil when I can. The drink/condiment station was a little messy but overall this was a good experience.Vegetarian options: You choose your protein so any bowl can be made with tofu. The Jade Juice is a soothing slightly sweet/tart veggie forward juice. The Berry Me All Over: pleasant berry blend sweetened with a bit of raw honey. Sooo good. The owner was so kind and you could tell how passionate she is about her ingredients and promoting health in general!“

The limeade and mango limeade was very refreshing. The Gusto team members at this location were very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. “Service was excellent. Got the soul food bowl w/salmon. Costing $18. The dish was good. Wish it wouldve been less rice & more of the other ingredients but thats just a personal preference. Salmon was a lil bit salty but it was cooked perfectly. The temp was perfect. And even tho it was onthe saltier side it balanced out with the meal as a whole and it was still delicious and again thats just my personal taste buds. It was Very flavorful.
