Sushi Ken is a strip mall sushi spot that offers fresh and excellent meals. The poke bowl, specifically the one with a sushi rice base, tuna, and ginger Ponzu sauce, is a must-try. The Gyoza pork dumplings and sashimi are also highly recommended. The hibachi is fantastic, and prices are very reasonable. Despite the handwritten changes on the menu, the food and service are commendable. However, the service could be improved, particularly in regards to refilling drinks. The owner, Ken, is personable and dedicated to providing a great dining experience.
