I ordered Bacon-Egg-Gouda sandwich and Cafe Americano with a gentleman at around 10:35 am on a Sunday morning and it was 11:10 am (more than 30 minutes!) and still I don't see my order. This has never happened before. They simply messed up. I tried to talk to someone but they were TOO BUSY to listen and help me. Finally a lady helped me. They got to fix this. Should not happen again!
Made it to Starbucks at 7:00 am on the dot didn’t get to the speaker till 7:16 didn’t get my order until 7:22 it’s early morning people are headed to work getting orders in and out needs to be a priority bc it wasn’t many cars in

It took 15 minutes for my order to be completed from the time I paid until I got my muffin. One coffee came out first, then two other drinks 5 min later, then my food finally came after I’d asked about it and a shift manager came and asked me why I was waiting on. They weren’t THAT busy. They just didn’t seem interested.
