Peggy advised me on toppings I was unaware of that made my pizza even better than what I normally get and actually explained the coupons and specials currently running which nobody else does. “We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Charley’s today, all thanks to Erica! I had surgery yesterday and am currently unable to hyperextend my neck, which made reading the menu from the counter really difficult. Erica was incredibly patient and understanding when I had to step back quite a bit just to see the options. Not only was she accommodating, but she was also incredibly friendly and chatty, making wonderful conversation with me and my family while we ordered. Excellent customer service is rare, but Erica truly went above and beyond. She made our visit so pleasant!“

“For those constantly leaving bad reviews, they do not get paid enough, management and corporate have no intentions of improving employee morale, and no matter if you order 1 pizza or 20 pizzas you again could have went to walmart or a different pizza locations so why are y'all complaining especially when you know damn well, y'all would be dropping pizzas or mistakenly handing out pizzas, so how bout yall come get a work shirt and help them instead of having twitter fingers with no bite, love this restaurant.“

“So I went to pickup a order and when I stepped through the doors (with my 4 yr son) the atmosphere was light but efficient. When I went to the counter my son was asking me about the computer mouse and what functions it served. The employee was very polite when he asked him for his name and for an answer to the question he asked me. Two other employees took a moment to make sure that my boy knew they heard him which made his night (and mine as well :) when him and I made it back though the pizza itself was not very enticing... The garlic bread was great though 😂“

“Picked up a go order of wings and fries at Lorio's for a pre-game meal today. BEST wings I've ever eaten; the fries were great, too! And they're just a mile from us. We will definitely be going back!!!“

“Best crab legs in North Georgia!! People drive hours to come get some seafood from here. The sauce is top tier perfection . Friendly owners. Recommend by a friend , so glad we have this place in our hometown. If you love seafood and haven’t tried it , you’re missing out !“

“I stopped for my first time here and ordered a 10 hot wing with fried rice. The young lady ask if I wanted yummy sauce for the rice. Of course I got to containers and I paid for it later. Lol. My blood sugar went through the roof but the food was amazing. I will be back at this place. My brother had a friend who stop by and ask my brother if he has ever eaten there and was talking about how good they were. And he was telling the truth. It was amazing. So if you never been this is a must try place it will not disappoint you at all. Thank you for such great food and amazing service. I'm not sure what the young girl name is but she was awesome as well. She smiled the whole time taking my order. Thank you for that. That makes everyones day.“
