“This location is amazing they are very patient and attentive. Rita was helpful in helping us order the cooks were very attentive and speedy with our big order that all came out hot, and brought it out with a smile. The tall gentleman even came out and double checked if everything was okay and if we needed anything else. Rita and the team greeted us when we came in and when we left. “They just had a bad misunderstanding. I refuse to let one bad day ruin the love I have for this place. Hate that we had an issue and I want to leave a big tip when I come back. Can’t always leave a big tip, but let’s keep a mutual respect for each other going forward. I would love to keep family coming here for best wings ever! Y’all still the best!!!“

“Ordered on the app for a pickup at a specific time. I arrived early and they said they were working on it - the ladies could not have been more friendly or considerate. Such a joy to see in the midst of all the “help needed” issues everyone is experiencing. Thank You Braselton Zaxbys!“
