“This evening was our 1st time trying this place the food was absolutely amazing. We didn't dine in we got it to go. I got the smoked ribs ,baked Mac n cheese and Cole slaw. my husband got their loaded fries. This place definitely didn't disappoint and we will be going back. “For fast food Arby's is a good place in Jesup. We have never had to wait on our food and it's always hot. Customer service is always good.

Parking: The parking lot has a ton of spots I don't forsee it ever being slap full to where someone does not have a spot.”

“I’m a little bothered by the fact this store doesn’t know how to multi task and answer a phone. Our pizza was ready and we had to wait twenty minutes for our breadsticks. entire meal is cold and my fiancé forgot our soda because he was so frustrated with the wait on BREAD STICKS. I’ve worked in customer service forever- even on midnights at a McDonald’s with ONE OTHER PERSON 😂 it’s the customer service that’s the most disappointing”

While we ate our food we watched her help several customers. Grace was incredibly patient and helpful and was always smiling. “My family loves Papa John’s Pizza! We ordered takeout last night (2 lg pizzas). When we got them home we noticed an envelope in between the boxes with our name on it. When we opened it, we found multiple gift cards for freebies to use in the future as a thank you from the awesome manager, Daniel! What a nice surprise and a genuine way to show their gratitude for a loyal customer. Thank you Daniel and staff at Papa John’s.....it certainly wasn’t necessary, but it is much appreciated!!”

“At first it seemed like the lady taking my order seemed frustrated at me for their messed up speaker but when I got to the window she was very nice all the food was good and all my order was correct HOWEVER the food was also VERY hot and one of my chicken strips was burnt, BUT who really needs to eat 4 chicken strips anyways lol, that's why I took off one star though because the food burnt my mouth pretty bad and one of them was burnt but I guess it was just freshly cooked, the med dip cone was huge and tasty as well. I subbed onion rings and they weren't skimpy with them like other DQs so I was pretty happy about that.”
