Who doesn't love a nice afternoon in Serenbe? The food here is excellent. I have visited three times and it's always excellent. The food, the service, and the atmosphere are all very casual, yet upscale, and elegant. We ordered the steak and salmon salad, preceded by the deviled eggs and the veal meatballs. Every single dish was delicious, well-prepared, and presented. We also got the bread service and overindulged in their warm yeast rolls. I can still taste every bite as I write this review. I highly recommend a visit to The Hill. Reservations are a must!

My husband and I happened upon The Hill right when we they opened at 5pm on a Thursday evening. The hostess greeted us immediately and sat us outside as requested. She told us we had come at the right time since we didn't have reservations. The restaurant has a cozy ambience perfect for a romantic dinner while also having a homey vibe ideal for family night out. Our server Glori was phenomenal. She explained that their food comes from sustainable and locally sourced growers and includes seasonal organic vegetables from Serenbe Farms. This was right up my alley because I love farm to table restaurants. We ordered the airline chicken and pork chop entrees. Both were absolutely delicious. I did the happy dance! For dessert, we ordered the brownie ala mode. Oh my goodness!!!! Perfect for 2-3 and so good. It also comes in an edible chocolate bowl which we couldn't eat because we were so full. We teased that we had eaten a pre-anniversary dinner, which isn't for several months. We will definitely be back.

They have been increasing prices very aggressively. And the portions can be small. But the staff is pleasant and the atmosphere is good. And the terrace is lovely. Their cooking is improving with meals coked correctly. They know how to fry well.

OMG. Make sure to stop by when you are in Serenbe. My 4th or fifth time at this restaurant and each time - I had the greatest time. The ambiance is always on point, as well as the service, the drink selections and the food. You honestly can't go wrong with anything you order off this menu.Parking: Sample street parking around the corner and across the street.Kid-friendliness: Kids welcomed. No issues. Family friendly.

I recently had an outstanding dining experience at The Hill, and I can't help but share the highlights of my visit! The bread basket, featuring honey butter, yeast rolls, and jalapeno cornbread muffins, was a delightful start, setting the stage for what turned out to be a culinary adventure. The crab dip was a true standout—loaded with generous portions of crab and paired perfectly with the accompanying bread. The main course was equally impressive; the chicken with a flavorful mushroom sauce and sweet potatoes was a true taste sensation. It came highly recommended and did not disappoint. My mom ordered the scallops, which she described as melting in your mouth like butter. Not to forget the finale—the sticky toffee pudding. A dessert that would make Gordon Ramsay proud, it was the perfect sweet note to end a fantastic meal. Our waiter, Nick, played a pivotal role in making this dining experience memorable. Incredibly friendly and armed with useful recommendations, he added a personal touch that enhanced our overall enjoyment. I would highly recommend The Hill for a pleasurable dining experience!

Came for dinner with my family and we thoroughly enjoyed everything. Appetizers were great (crab dip was amazing) and my salmon was wonderful. Service was impeccable and the manager even stopped by to check in on us. The entire experience was a 10/10 and we will definitely be back.

I had the shrimp n grits which were Delicious, creamy grits with large garlicky prawns. I left nothing behind in that bowl. My friend's mom ordered the egg and bacon breakfast and her eggs were not hot when the food arrived. My friend got the fried chicken sandwich, it was chicken breast so the flavor of the breading was tasty but the meat dry. My other friend got the French dip and like me very much enjoyed his dish. The server was fine but it took forever for the food to arrive. I was literally shaking from low blood sugar and wasn't even that hungry when we sat down. When my friend gave the server her cc to pay, he brought back the receipt to the man at the table. Unconscience bias against women perhaps? The space was beautiful.Dietary restrictions: I am gluten free and therefore ordered the shrimp n grits which were yummy!

Worst dinning experience ever. We traveled from Atlanta, hoping for a delightful Sunday brunch. We arrived before noon and were promptly served by Joe. Our order was placed at 11:54AM, as per our receipt. Though our appetizer appeared shortly thereafter, it took an hour and our own inquiry to be informed of a delay in our main courses. Despite assurances that our dishes were just moments away, another lengthy wait ensued. Eventually, the waiter inquired if we wished to cancel our entrées when I asked for our food. **(To be fair, tables that came much later than us have had their entrees delivered) To our confusion, two receipts were presented – one for our appetizer timestamped at 11:54AM and another for entrées timestamped at 1:07PM(more than an hour later). When I questioned if our order had been forgotten, the waiter's response was less than satisfactory. While I'm not one to leave negative reviews, I believe the restaurant could have managed this situation better. Unfortunately, we won't be returning.

Beautiful setting! Came here in a Sunday and we started off with the empanadas. They where delicious! We then moved on to the pizza and steak and wish both our entrees had more flavor to them. Nothing special about the pizza or steak. Plus our server disappeared and we had to ask another one for our check. Will not be returning.
