Please visit Halsa and try their crispy kale and Brussels sprout tacos. I substituted the tofu for the salmon. All I can say is absolutely amazing! Great first impression so far in Serenbe!
The service here was top notch from the time I called and asked questions about gluten free options before we arrived and she. We arrived the entire staff was friendly, upbeat and enthusiastic. The food was amazing. This was our first visit here and I look forward to going back.
Wow, this was such an unexpected and really cool experience. The food was delicious, but the kale taco was the absolute highlight for me incredible! Everything felt fresh, different, and just really enjoyable. Such a nice little surprise in Serenbe and definitely an experience I’m glad we had.

Whether it's the iced chai latte or the Turkey club sandwich, every dish is made with fresh, local ingredients and clean, healthy options. The create your own bowl was more than expected, with chicken and salmon orders along with a juicy burger. The cookie as dessert was simply delicious. Halsa is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates exceptional dining.
