Willy's is one of our family's favorite quick dinner spots! It's conveniently close to home, the food is always fresh and delicious, and the prices are very reasonable. We visit at least once a week and consistently have a great experience.

A special shoutout to Tooty, who is our favorite employee. She is always so kind, patient, and welcoming to my children, which means so much as a parent. We also enjoy seeing Alex, Kymani, and Carter—they are all friendly and help make every visit enjoyable.

Great food, great service, and a great team. We always look forward to coming back!

I would like to recognize Tootie at Willy's Mexicana Grill for her exceptional customer service and kindness. Every time my daughter and I walk into the restaurant, she remembers exactly what we order and often begins preparing it before we even get to the counter. That level of attentiveness and personal care truly makes us feel valued as customers.

In today’s world, it is rare to find someone who consistently goes above and beyond the way Tootie does. Her warm personality, professionalism, and genuine hospitality are a big reason we continue coming back. She creates such a welcoming atmosphere and always makes our visits enjoyable. Willy’s is fortunate to have someone like her representing their establishment.

Dwight welcomed me as soon as I walked through the door. After driving for over 11 hours and it being about 8 o'clock at night. The food was great and the service was even better. Thanks Dwight.

Staff seemed dead inside (like they hating being there). No welcoming energy whatsoever. They made me feel bad for even coming in. This place must only stay in business because of its location. I then felt untrusting of the food $25 dollars later, and upon further inspection of my bowl, the ground beef was raw. Truly unfortunate.

I would have asked to have it remade if I felt that the staff even cared, but I knew they’d just be annoyed and upset that I was even asking so I trashed my food and left. Willy’s needs a management overhaul. Won’t be coming back. Luckily for them this is a nice area (for now) so this place will probably continue serving raw beef with a frown.

I would like to recognize Tootie at Willy's Mexicana Grill for her exceptional customer service. Each time my daughter and I visit, she greets us warmly and already knows our order. That level of attentiveness and memory is truly impressive and creates a welcoming, personalized experience. Tootie consistently demonstrates professionalism, courtesy, and a positive attitude. Her ability to make customers feel valued goes above and beyond expectations and reflects a genuine commitment to service excellence. I am not certain if she is in a management role, but she absolutely embodies the qualities of strong leadership. I hope her efforts are recognized, as this type of service makes a meaningful difference and keeps customers returning. It is always refreshing to enter an establishment where the staff is pleasant, polite, and genuinely enjoys helping others. Tootie is a true asset to the team.

After dining there last night 4/17 around 8:05pm, I was extremely offended by the manager Dwight and his extremely abrasive attitude towards myself and the staff. I was very uncomfortable with the way he spoke to me and as a woman by myself in the restaurant I felt he was disrespectful . I eat there often and have never felt this uncomfortable. Upon walking in the line was at the door however I stood in line for about 20 more minutes only to be greeted by Dwight going back and forth with me about the correct name of the “spicy chicken “ then as I ordered two items , I kindly reminded him that I wanted a quesadilla and a burrito and he says “that’s what’s I’m doing” in an abrasive rude manner almost raising his voice . He continued to bark orders at his employees and staff . His nasty attitude and demeanor made me never want to visit again and I will be furthering my concerns to the higher ups . I am very displeased after standing in line for 20-30 mins and spending my hard earned money. Distasteful customer service from a so called manager , is this who you all want as a representative at your company?

We stop by here every week. The food is always good, and the employees are always friendly and go above and beyond in making sure we get what we want/need and it’s fresh. Today, we had Andres and Kenya on the line and they were both super friendly and efficient.
