The theater itself is nice; however, the fact that we have to automatically pay 18% gratuity just for the food and drinks to be dropped off and still have to go to the bar for refills DURING the movie is insane!
The menu is very limited and once the food is dropped off, you no longer see the wait staff. Whatever you don't have, you just don't get it. We had to flag someone down for silverware, since it was not brought out with the food.

They theater can never apply food purchase to the reward program. I kept being told to contact customer service, but they don’t have a phone number. Emailed them the receipt and they’re not able to add it. This seems fraudulent to me as they’re not giving the advertised rewards. The manager refused to help and keeps directing to customer service who’s also also not able to help.
