Bad attention! And an excessive charge of 18% tip and when I asked the waitress she told me that it was mandatory because it was a table of 6 people, 4 adults and two girls (one 4 years old), remembering that the tip is not mandatory in this country .. I ordered 5 cachadas, 6 arrived, which I had to take away because they didn't give me the option to return it since it was already on the bill, without forgetting that I asked for an appetizer and it arrived in the middle of the meal, they gave me a portion of arepitas that I didn't order .. they denied me a larger table when I arrived because they were reserved, tables that were alone from the moment I arrived until I left for more than 2 hours... the truth is, it's a shame... I didn't do or say anything at the time because it was my birthday from my mom..

Maria was excellent, very attentive and helpful. We brought my mom for her birthday and we were all delighted. The delicious food, the Tomahak and the arepitas, the drinks, everything.

The food was good ??, but it's not fair that neither the menu nor the waiters clarify that the tip is included in the bill, our bill was $130 and I ended up paying $175. Because we didn't know that the tip was included, we added an extra tip. Never again!

Wonderful experience! Edwin served us and was super patient and kind. Everything arrived on time and hot. The music and atmosphere is amazing! The cream and cheese arepitas are to die for, the meat and chorizo are super good, the monkeys wonderful, everything was very good. Really one of my favorite Venezuelan places, I love you my Venezuela

I went with my family to celebrate my mother's birthday. We sat at a table for 10 minutes, and nobody came to our table, even though plenty of waiters were unoccupied at the bar. I was sad because the restaurant looked good and the food smelled yummy!
