“Very sizeable booths for seating. Overall ambiance was inviting. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Food was delicious. Our waiter was attentive and accommodating, and knew the menu well. He described the entrees, and made suggestions on the appetizers. The only con I experienced was the additional charge to the bill. There was a card vs cash charge. This was not disclosed beforehand, and was not explained when the bill was presented. I was the only one to notice from our table of 5 (4 separate tickets). When I asked the waiter what it was and why it was added, he stated that all restaurants charge for card vs cash. I beg your pardon?! Not true. I didn't argue, and paid the bill (over $100) with a card, and included an adequate tip. I didn't like this at all because had I known in advance, I could've made the payment decision for myself. Plus, I'm not sure if this is practiced 100% of the time at this establishment. I surely didn't see it mentioned on their website.“

“The Perfect Pear is one of my favorite restaurants for lunch during the week and brunch on Sunday after church. I have eaten several different meals and each one is delicious. I’ve also attended several events catered by The Perfect Pear and the food and service are always exceptional! I highly recommend this restaurant and can’t say enough good things about them.“

“In my opinion, of the 3 Middle - Georgia locations this one is the cleanest, quietest, and has most professional staff. On each trip I have seen a young lady policing the grounds picking up debris, the carpets appear to be steam cleaned on a regular basis, and the music inside is kept to a respectable level; whereas these characteristics have not observed at the other 2 locations where carpets have been noticebly greasy trailed coming from the kitchen , music is loud enough to force louder conversations, and not as much pride is taken in grounds upkeep.“

“The waitress we had this morning was the best. She was on point and always made sure everything was okay and our drinks stayed filled. Very friendly. I had to give her props 1st as she did an amazing job. I am terrible with names and wish I remembered hers because she needs recognized. The food was delicious as well. You won't leave there hungry that's for sure.“

“Zoey and Charles made my take out a wonderful experience. They accurately charged me for my cheese omelet plate. They made me feel comfortable like an old friend though we never met. Charles was appropriately attired, acted like a cook should unlike the one in Athens did. Zoey helped me when I was trying to figure out a vexing problem where the other store grossly overcharged me for almost the identical meal.

I will definitely recommend this place to anyone who wishes to visit Perry.“
