“Very sizeable booths for seating. Overall ambiance was inviting. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Food was delicious. Our waiter was attentive and accommodating, and knew the menu well. He described the entrees, and made suggestions on the appetizers. The only con I experienced was the additional charge to the bill. There was a card vs cash charge. This was not disclosed beforehand, and was not explained when the bill was presented. I was the only one to notice from our table of 5 (4 separate tickets). When I asked the waiter what it was and why it was added, he stated that all restaurants charge for card vs cash. I beg your pardon?! Not true. I didn't argue, and paid the bill (over $100) with a card, and included an adequate tip. I didn't like this at all because had I known in advance, I could've made the payment decision for myself. Plus, I'm not sure if this is practiced 100% of the time at this establishment. I surely didn't see it mentioned on their website.“

“I got the 2 piece catfish and the fish was horrible. It tasted so bad I almost puked. Ik it's not their fault, it's because it's farm raised fish. My baked potato was cold, green beans were good though. I am giving them 4 stars because 1 it's not their fault I didn't like the fish and 2 because they were short staffed because of one person not showing up to work and another one was 2 hours late. The lady up front was nice and let us know before we ordered that it would be a wait. We chose to stay. The guy in the back was working ad fast as he could.“

“We love Sharks fish and chicken and slaw but the fries need to be changed to crinkle fries. I think they would be a whole lot better. We don’t care too much for the rice but get it sometimes because the fries are never good. Today they were all short and not crispy. Neither of us ate our fries. Please make a suggestion to change them to crinkle cut. Thank you!“

“I love the patio at rigbys, I always come. Jada is very sweet, and attentive, everytime! she deserves a raise; however, the lady with the black and blonde braids currently, VERY rude. everytime I come. I highly don’t recommend her. I regret tipping her. But I do stil love the patio & their drinks. Do not like girl with half & half braids🫶🏾“

“Shells Seafood Dublin Ga. When I say great......The food was awesome and seasoned to the best flavor. That was the best grilled Catfish I ever had ....It's the only place I seen that does whole catfish grilled. The atmosphere was great...MY NEW FAVORITE RESTAURANT. Thanks Shells for great service. “The location on the Russell extension is one of the best fast food options in Houston county. Their facility is always very clean and the food is fresh and hot when received. The people who work there are friendly and their service is fantastic. They offer healthier foods like non-fried fish 🐟 options, baked potatoes 🥔 and broccoli! 🥦 Their broccoli looks and tastes more like home cooked and is delicious!“

“Visited the restaurant for the first time this past Saturday. The food comes out hot and in a timely manner, the staff are friendly and Miss Dot makes you feel like family. The hush puppies are the best I've ever had and the chicken tenders were outstanding! I live 2 + hours away but it is well worth a day trip.“
