Staff not pleasant. For a place that closes at 2am it’s very odd when you go through the drive through at 10:30 and they immediately say “we aren’t accepting orders at this time”. That makes no sense at all. You must just not want to work? It was than we said we placed an online order (keep in mind 5 minutes before) and they said drive around.. obviously they just pick and choose when they can take orders!
I hate leaving reviews but this is the 3rd time I’ve gone to this location and received probably the worst customer service experience that I’ve received in a while. There’s a young lady that works there named Tyisha. She is rude and has an attitude that would turn anyone away. I’ve called and provided feedback on her to the general manager before, hoping they could find a solution to improve her skills handling customers.Now, the GM was more than wonderful.
