The property is impressive. Rooms are newly renovated and nicely done. The pool, lake front and amenities are well kept and beautiful. But the coffee maker in the room is pathetic. Also a bit disappointed with the service, since after many calls no one came to fix it. There was no valet service available either.
Overall nice stay, but service at the resort needs to improve.
Callaway has a long tradition with the family summer program. They took this away. Our kids looked forward to this every summer. You need to bring it back the way it was, where kids and adults had separate activities during the day.
I love going but I’m so disappointed that y’all took the annual family pass option away 😢 - you need to bring it back 🙂
