We ordered through Door Dash tonight and were really disappointed in the $10 fries. There were not that many fries in the bag. I'm not paying 10 dollars for common potatoes. And we won't discuss that my son can get a bacon cheeseburger and fries for many places for less than what we paid for his cheeseburger.
Ames, IA five guys was absolutely terrible 1/30/26.
Went into a nearly empty store ordered our food, 2 burgers and a fry! 35 mins after we ordered we had to ask for our money back! Our daughter who was on a bus going home from a wrestling meet stoped at chick fil a and all 20 girls ordered food and were gone before we finally had to leave so we could make it back to town to get her off the bus!!

Service has always been excellent, but portion size and quality declined significantly. I was happy to pay a premium price for a long time, but Five Guys no longer offers a premium product. I hate giving them up, but I'm done with Five Guys.
