Great food dining in and delivery. Delivery has been amazing. Portion sizes are the same as dining in and our order has been correct each time. Their attention to detail, food packaging, etc is appreciated. I also enjoy the lighter portion meals after 3. I order dinner and one of those for lunch next day. However, they forgot to place my husband’s entire pizza in the bag. We only received my pizza, our son’s kids cheese pizza meal, and all the drinks. My husband ordered a meal- his drink arrived but not the pizza.“

“One of our favorite places to dine in Savannah. It's wonderful to dine in a beautiful atmosphere where it's quiet enough to have a conversation. Was there last night celebrating a birthday and the service was excellent, the food was delicious, & the tiramisu was to die for. This is all typical for this location. “Olive Garden is usually a great choice when you're looking for an American-Italian restaurant. I've visited this location multiple times, and unfortunately I've had the same server, CAYDEN, on several occasions. Each visit has been a disappointing experience.

Service has consistently been very slow, and he often seems unaware of the guests assigned to his tables. On multiple visits, it has taken 10 minutes or more just to receive water after our drink orders were taken. Since water is typically the first item brought to the table, these delays create a poor first impression and make the overall dining experience frustrating.

I enjoy Olive Garden and have had many positive experiences at other locations, but the consistently slow service from the same server has made me hesitant to return to this particular restaurant.“

“If I could give Romas Pizza 10 stars, I absolutely would. Not only is their pizza incredible (seriously, some of the best around), but it’s the PEOPLE who make this place unforgettable. Yesterday, we ordered pizza for delivery and unfortunately the third-party delivery service was 25 minutes late picking up our food. Instead of brushing it off, Christina — the manager — immediately stepped in and handled the situation directly with the delivery company. When we finally decided to just pick up the pizza ourselves, they didn’t just hand us the boxes that had been sitting there… they freshened everything up so it would be hot and perfect when we got it home. That level of care is rare. There was also another time when a third-party delivery service dropped off the wrong pizza for our son. Since we live so close, the staff didn’t hesitate — they offered to personally bring the correct pizza to our house, and it was at our door within minutes. No hassle. No excuses. Just immediate action to make it right. And that’s exactly why we keep coming back. Yes, the pizza is amazing. Yes, the food is always fresh and delicious. But it’s Christina, the entire staff, and the owner Dave who truly set Romas Pizza apart. They are the definition of going above and beyond. Whether it’s fixing an issue caused by a third party or simply providing excellent, friendly service every single time, they handle everything with professionalism and heart. “For this being a Philly steak shop in a mall, it is outstanding. The triple melt is my absolute favorite sandwich. It has generous toppings and the flavor cannot be beat. We tried the plain Philly cheesesteak tonight and it outperformed anything that you can get locally for the price. The bread is so soft and warm, We will definitely be back.“
