“I got to say when I looked at the reviews online I thought wow this is a great place. Looked at the pictures. The pizza looked fantastic. When I arrived at the location my feelings changed really quickly. First thing I see is a gas station and attached to it as a strip mall and I'm thinking oh my gosh this is going to really be bad. I'm very happy to report that this pizza is outstanding. I'm a pizza snob from Chicago. I would definitely take this to go. It does have that gas station vibe even though it's not really in the gas station. But I got to admit the pizza pie is fantastic. I'll be back again for sure. By the way, I ordered the square Brooklyn style pizza.“

“Went today and Audrey was our server. My girls thought she was so pretty, so we had to let her know. She very sweet and kind. From the time we walked in (hostess opened the door for us, when we were seated (2nd hostess showed us to the table) and when Audrey came up we enjoyed our time.

Unsure what happened the last time pur guest came to Olive Garden but they said the server was a bit grumpy and said they couldn't have refills on their special lemonade. But today, Audrey came to refill our drinks (including 2 raspberry lemonades) without us even calling her for the refills for drinks and also the brought over the 2nd basket of breadsticks at the same time without us asking.

“Absolutely loved the pizza we received tonight delivered by doordash. It was delicious and I would recommend it to anyone despite our missing food. However, they forgot to place my husband’s entire pizza in the bag. We only received my pizza, our son’s kids cheese pizza meal, and all the drinks. “One of our favorite places to dine in Savannah. It's wonderful to dine in a beautiful atmosphere where it's quiet enough to have a conversation. Was there last night celebrating a birthday and the service was excellent, the food was delicious, & the tiramisu was to die for. This is all typical for this location. Instead of brushing it off, Christina — the manager — immediately stepped in and handled the situation directly with the delivery company. When we finally decided to just pick up the pizza ourselves, they didn’t just hand us the boxes that had been sitting there… they freshened everything up so it would be hot and perfect when we got it home. That level of care is rare. There was also another time when a third-party delivery service dropped off the wrong pizza for our son. Since we live so close, the staff didn’t hesitate — they offered to personally bring the correct pizza to our house, and it was at our door within minutes. No hassle. No excuses. Just immediate action to make it right. And that’s exactly why we keep coming back. Yes, the pizza is amazing. Yes, the food is always fresh and delicious. But it’s Christina, the entire staff, and the owner Dave who truly set Romas Pizza apart. They are the definition of going above and beyond. Whether it’s fixing an issue caused by a third party or simply providing excellent, friendly service every single time, they handle everything with professionalism and heart.
