“the wings are so good they cooked crispy and when i get them they are always hot and fresh. Perfect amount of sauce on the wings. You can’t go wrong with the hot wings but if you want sweetness go with the sweet chili it’s amazing that’s what i had so far and it’s always good.“

“After a long day of work me and my husband decided on pasta so we went to the Olive Garden in Pooler. We’ve eaten here on many occasions and know what to expect from their food which was delicious as usual. This review is to brag on the exceptional experience we had when it came to our waitress Ashley! She didn’t miss a beat. She was happy, vibrant, and very attentive to us while we dined in. It was an absolute pleasure to have her wait on us. Her service was a 10/10! We will definitely be back and hope she can be our waitress again.“

However, they forgot to place my husband’s entire pizza in the bag. We only received my pizza, our son’s kids cheese pizza meal, and all the drinks. Was there last night celebrating a birthday and the service was excellent, the food was delicious, & the tiramisu was to die for. This is all typical for this location. Yesterday, we ordered pizza for delivery and unfortunately the third-party delivery service was 25 minutes late picking up our food. Instead of brushing it off, Christina — the manager — immediately stepped in and handled the situation directly with the delivery company. When we finally decided to just pick up the pizza ourselves, they didn’t just hand us the boxes that had been sitting there… they freshened everything up so it would be hot and perfect when we got it home. That level of care is rare. There was also another time when a third-party delivery service dropped off the wrong pizza for our son. Since we live so close, the staff didn’t hesitate — they offered to personally bring the correct pizza to our house, and it was at our door within minutes. No hassle. No excuses. Just immediate action to make it right. And that’s exactly why we keep coming back. Yes, the pizza is amazing. Yes, the food is always fresh and delicious. But it’s Christina, the entire staff, and the owner Dave who truly set Romas Pizza apart. They are the definition of going above and beyond. Whether it’s fixing an issue caused by a third party or simply providing excellent, friendly service every single time, they handle everything with professionalism and heart. They are the poster business for what customer service should look like. We will forever recommend Romas. 🍕❤️“

“Food was good, waitress was just not very consistent, got unsweet tea, had no Splenda on the table, said she would bring it never did, ask if we wanted more bread we said yes please with our food, got food, bread never came, at the end, very nicely I mentioned these things, she brought the sugars. “For this being a Philly steak shop in a mall, it is outstanding. The triple melt is my absolute favorite sandwich. It has generous toppings and the flavor cannot be beat. We tried the plain Philly cheesesteak tonight and it outperformed anything that you can get locally for the price. The bread is so soft and warm, We will definitely be back.“
