The hibachi chef was comical. The hibachi food was good. We ordered pho to go. Of course, it comes deconstructed. We had to request the accompanying ingredients. We were told by the waiter that noodles go in ramen, not pho. The broth is the same broth they use as their clear soup, not what I was expecting and it of the flavor norm for pho. It tastes like fried onion broth. I now know to go to a Vietnamese restaurant for pho and Japanese steakhouse for hibachi. We were also overcharged....read full review
Ichiban is the best Japanise restaurant in the area. I don't know ow why they only have 3 stars. Everything is so fresh, they don't give tiny portions, the service and atmosphere is amazing.

Very expensive for very low quality. I ordered hibachi and by the time it got to my table the vegetables were cold, and not seasoned very well. The portion of onions and broccoli to meat and rice is also disappointing. You’re paying almost 40 for a plate and when you get it the whole thing is rice, broccoli, and onions and a handful of steak bites.
