“I love the drinks at this Starbucks and usually leave happy, but lately the service has been a bit hit or miss. The line was longer than usual this visit, and it seems like almost every time I come, my order gets forgotten and I have to remind someone I’m still waiting on my coffee. Once it’s finally ready, it’s always made well—which is why I still come back—but I wish the process was a little smoother so customers aren’t stuck waiting around.“
“I would like to make a comment regarding the restrooms: The restrooms don't have any paper towels, only an air blower to dry your hands after washing them. The air dryer is in an awkward position next to the sink where water from your hands splashes back towards your body and wets your garment.
Many people do not wash their hands after a bathroom visit whether it's a #1 or a #2, just research the statistics. Now, assume you're done with your bathroom business, wash your hands, blow dry them and now you're walking towards the door. You have to open the door with your freshly washed hands, knowing that the majority of bathroom users before you did not wash theirs. You now have contaminated your hands with all the germs from prior bathroom users!!! Washing your own hands was in vain!
I would highly recommend paper towels at ALL Starbucks locations. That enables the conscious user to use a paper towel to dry ones hands AND open the door with a paper towel, thus reducing the probability of transferring germs.“
