“Some of the best sushi in the state of Georgia! It was a pleasant surprise for us to find this authentic Japanese place in the middle of Savannah's downtown. We tried a few items and all them were so-so tasty. Miso soup, Mushroom soup, Edamame, Pepper Tuna tataki, Black Angel roll, Sashimi wrap, Spicy Tuna roll with avocado, cucumber and tobiko, but the most delicious roll out of all was the Amazing Tuna roll. It was so good, after we received our food items and tasted them all, we had to order more of Amazing Tuna roll as we couldn't get enough. Service by Jaycen was outstanding. We were very happy to have found this mouthwatering sushi joint and will definitely be back when we visit Savanah again.“

“I visited this place in October of 2023. This was my 1st time ever going to a Hibachi restaurant and I was so impressed. The food was so delicious! I’ve tried other restaurants since then and no comparison. I’m driving back 3 hours just to eat there again.“

“We decided to get take-out on our last night of vacation and bring it back to our Airbnb to eat since we were so tired and this didn't disappoint! I got the Valentines roll and the Executive roll, my husband got the teriyaki steak & fried rice hibachi, and we got a crab rangoon appetizer too. It was all great, and I loved being able to order it so easily online.“

“Next on my business trip foodie journey is SUSHI! Yelp steered me here so here I go!
: They are located in a plaza with other businesses so there is decent amount of parking.
Food: I would say this is somewhat of an "Express" Sushi and Hibachi spot. They have limited dining inside. I opted for the Volcano and Savannah Roll with an Express Shrimp Bowl to go. The rolls came out Quick but did not lack in portion size and flavor.
Service was quick. I would definitely come back!“

“If you’re looking for the most authentic Japanese Sushi and dishes, this is the place to be!!!! It has been a hot minute since I’ve been able to have authentic Japanese cuisines and Sashimi/Sushi (Nigiri) and I’m just so grateful that I found Sushi Zen!!!!“

“Good teriyaki but gotta ask for extra teriyaki sauce. A little dry without it. Ginger salad was good. My husband enjoyed the sashimi. Friendly owner and wife run the place. Seems like it's mostly for catering and to go orders. Only reason I deducted a star was for the dirty bathroom. 100% I l would buy food here again.“

“I happened to be walking by this place and thought, what the hay, why not. I'm glad I did. Reasonably priced ramen and sushi, I'm game. Staff was good, food was excellent and I was in and out in 5 minutes. I think they have fried cheesecake too, what more could you want?“
