I was unable to take it back because I was already at work, but I was told to come back when they open on Wednesday and replaced it with the shrimp fried rice (which was delicious). “I got the House Lo Mein and Spicy Pork in Garlic. Yesterday was my birthday, and I love chinese food. This was my first time eating here, found this spot on a door dash run.

The portion size was good. When i ate the food the second day, I notice that the meat was not properly cooked. The lo mein was good though.“

“I just moved to Douglasville and have been considering China East for a bit, but wanted to get more accustomed to driving in that area. So, tonight I finally placed an order. It was clean and quiet when I went inside. The kitchen looked very nice, you can see it from the counter. When I was approached about my order, the lady was extremely sweet and my order was ready several minutes before the time indicated.

I wish I had been able to leave a tip, but I didn't have the money at the time. However, I intend to next time!

The food is great. I'm picky about Chinese food, but this was quite nice. I'm not sure why anyone complains about the rice. It's yellow FRIED rice, guys! Have you not heard of yellow fried rice? And it's delicious. I actually prefer it over any other fried rice I've had at other places. The pork and veggies in it were fresh. The rice was perfectly cooked. (Please don't change your recipe!)

I also had the sweet and sour chicken. It was fresh, not tough at all, and wonderful. Sure, they don't put pounds of meat into their batter (at the guys who keep complaining about that) but I thought it was a fair amount of chicken and it went so well with the sweet and sour sauce.

I'm excited to come back for another visit! Thanks, everyone at China East for making my dinner worthwhile tonight! I've already spread the words to my family to also visit.

“The main food was very good -both beef and chicken dishes. The egg drop soup was also very good. However, the so called fried rice that came with the main dishes was horrible. It was not fried rice but instead some type of base you might use. No flavor and no consistency like fried rice.“

“I choose Hibachi express over traditional sit down and cook in front of you Hibachi! Their consistency and just overall hospitality is amazing. Not to mention how fast and cheap the prices are. What's great here is they have a pint portion and a quart portion so what would be a flat $16 at other chinese takeout places for one dish, you can get 2 diff dishes here for the same price. “I have bought take out Chinese food here for many years. I saw that there was a new owner and new menu. Decided to give them a try. We ordered the Char Sue (roasted pork) and Shrimp with Broccoli. Both were good and stayed hot until we arrived home. The selections available on the menu are not the typical Americanized sweet and sticky entree recipes. I noticed that fried rice was praised by someone on another review app (Swarm). We enjoyed our food. I will give the fried rice and egg rolls a chance next time I visit.“

“Finally found Egg Foo Yung after my favorite China Station closed down. The gravy was consistently good...there was no layer of grease to meet you. “Green Lotus is my go-to for local Chinese food. The vegetables are fresh. They always prepare my food per my request. Dine in is not available yet. I am hoping they will soon.
