This is our go to Mexican restaurant. Definitely Americanized but more authentic than average. Menu quite varied and service excellent!

My favorite Place to eat an When I did drink they have great Margaritas all flavors and amazing Burritos Fajitas Tacos Nachos and Sopraporillas desserts
They have 4.00 Shots an 13.00 burritos

My go to here is the carnitas dinner. Plenty of portions. Staff is always nice. I wish they did breakfast burritos though. But been going here for years.

This was our first visit to Mi Mexico. The food was fresh and authentic. The fajitas were hot and flavorful and the cheese dip with jalapenos as well as the salsa were delicious! We enjoyed the atmosphere and the music. Our server was great, very attentive and friendly. We'll be back!

Our waiter, Raphael Vazquez was very attentive and helpful. He recommended the chicken soup and it was delicious. He kept our water glasses full and our chipbasket full without being asked. He was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable. We enjoyed the food and the salsa was excellent. We will be back. May we ask to sit in Raphael's section next time. Thank you. This place is my favorite Mexican restaurant now. It's the third Mexican restaurant I tried in Powder Springs and this place and Monterrey's in the Publix plaza is the best by far. I do like this one more though they have larger portions, which I like. I like their style of chips and I like their salsa. Everything was good and it came quick. I even loved the decor. It was festive and fun to look at. Love it, I'll definitely be back for a margarita!

The first time I went I asked if they had Cadillac margaritas. Food was good. Disappointed in margarita it had a taste I did not like. Second time I went I asked that Grand Marnier be put on the side. I received amaretto on the side not grand mariner. I told Server that I wanted grand mariner She sent bartender.
Bartender brought it to me. I was charged for a shot of grandmarnier.🤦‍♀️ 3rd time we went I looked at the menu with drinks there Cadillac margaritas are with amaretto and Grand Marnier. I asked to have no amaretto just grandmarnier. Margarita was very good. I do not like the taste of amaretto. That is why the first time I didn’t care for the margarita.
The food was good, but our last time we went there, it was extremely cold outside. No heat was put on. Everyone had sweaters and jackets on inside the restaurant which I was surprised that they didn’t turn the heat on.
Salsa is very hot so I asked for a mild one which was good or I asked for pico de gallo as well which I didn’t receive.
Yes, I will return to this restaurant. Now that I know about margaritas how they make it. Yes, service can be slow. Seems like they were too busy talking instead of taking care of their table for my last visit.

My son and I recently tried Mi Mexican for the first time. I've been hearing pretty good reviews. Its packed a lot of times when passing by.

During our visit, it was at an odd time, early afternoon on a Saturday which can explain why it was empty. However, our waitress took good care of us. I do think the food could have come out just a tad sooner. Overall it was good. The food met expectations. Both my son and I agreed it was reasonably priced and the food was good. My entire family and I will be back soon.
