Worst KFC we've ever been in. Stopped on our way home to NC for supper. Mensroom locked, ladies room does not Lock. FAMOUS BOWL IS awful. I get this All the time, for years , from New England to Florida. Watery, hardly any gravy, bowl only half full, 3 pieces of chicken. Very disappointing 😞 😕 😔

The beautiful soul who took my order today was the kindest sweetest person I've ever had the pleasure to talking to. She needs a raise or something. She made me feel heard and was so nice about it. I just want to say I do not usually get the best service at food establishments in Richmond hill, but this KFC is amazing!!!! The service is great the people are friendly and the food has always been hot. They do an amazing job!
