On this visit, 2/5/24 We experienced being welcomed when we came through the door, a very polite cashier, the whole crew could be heard having a good time working together as a team to get the orders filled, I noticed the shift manager cleaning the self service drink area and taking the trash out of dinning area instead of telling the other workers to do it proved to me she leeds the Team by example. 2 stars because the girls inside were nice. Food was just “eh” can tell it was not fresh and the store was NOT busy. Threw out more than half my onion rings because they were cold. Pretty sure at least 3 of the 8 chicken fries were the spicy ones because my 3 yr old grandson was complaining they were spicy. Had to return because they only put one patty on my husband’s double whopper, the girl said she must have been “moving too fast”.

Ordered on mobile app. Got to store and doors locked. Drive thru only and they can't take orders because of Internet problems. Would leave but already paid for my food on the app.
