The customer service is horrible!!! Chicken nuggets were refried in old grease! The kiosk machine were all closed!!!
Unfriendly, dirty atmosphere. No self serve drink area. No napkins in my bag! I had to come back inside to have my order replaced and I stood by the counter while employees socialized and ignored me standing there. And then I stood by the counter while the employee stood right there and talked about me for bringing my order back. Unprofessional and rude...

I gave them 3 ⭐️because the morning manager demonstrated an urgency to take care of the customers, unlike the afternoon manager yesterday! Non management employees were very rude and inconsiderate. They acted as if they were doing the customers a favor! I would never visit this location if it wasn't in a truck stop. And the only reason I visited a second time is because I was on a 34 hr restart! If you have the time don't stop here go 5 to 6 miles north or south....
