food and service always great and quick. i have dined in, take out, and delivered from here. they accommodate vegan for me i always get tofu teriyaki and avocado cucumber roll with no cream cheese. when i come with a bigger group like for my birthday they always put us in the back room which is nice

Normally good not today I ordered my food to go but ended up eating outside quick lunch I got the lamb chops medium they were well well done and the curry sauce was like water

We are locals in Richmond Hill and LOVE this place. The service and food is always amazing. I tried the chicken wings tonight for the first time and they were to die for. Paul is always SO patient with anything we need and Pat always has a smile on her face. Thank you Papaya for giving our small town this wonderful restaurant!!!!

The. Flavors is very bland nothing exciting I had a beef curry and cod fish.

Pad Thai was pink colored...and mushy on top of it. The dumplings were served with just hoisen sauce. Everything had a Chinese 5 seasoning after taste. Service and atmosphere was great. Just not the typical pad Thai. Tom yum soup was too tomato forward and salty.

Papaya Thai Cuisine: 2 stars. The satay was disappointing and dry. The Pad Thai lacked any spice and felt very bland, though the five nice, large shrimp were a definite plus. Needs more flavor overall. I would not give this place a second chance.

The older server is very unfriendly. I always feel very rushed and she’s just so bland. the young waitresses are very sweet tho!

This gotta be the most under seasoned, bland pad Thai I’ve ever had. I thought this was chicken at first because I didn’t recognize the color of the pork.

It's beautiful inside. I ordered vegetable fried rice and chicken fried rolls. A little seasoning never hurt anybody...the food looked very beautiful. Everything was cooked to perfection but where is the seasoning???

The food was VERY good and Jack, our server…was efficient, attentive and professional - we would return!

Jack was our server and he was efficient, proactive, kind and attentive! Our food was fabulous. Tom Ka Soup, Spring Rolls and Green Curry with Chicken (spicy). Despite the mixed reviews—we enjoyed the food. It was a Saturday night and the place was busy. The staff did the job…and accomplished mission. We were pleasantly surprised even as we were just passing through. 😋 !!

Okay!! I eat here very often but tonight was a total waste of my time… The surf and turf meal was not pleasing at all and the salmon was so small .. The lamb was v undercooked and veggies had no flavor.. VERY DISAPPOINTED
