Great food, great staff, great ENERGY. After a long day this place was definitely a peace at mind. Definitely get your moneys worth and I highly recommend them. Without a doubt we will be visiting again.
Always great food and great service. My wife loves the Thai Stir Fry. I got the Chicken Satay. That peanut sauce is awesome.
If someone is new or in training the customer should be informed. Instead of muddling through the menu, not knowing anything about Thai food or the menu at all. Horrible service. Horrible management response.
Overall, everything was pretty good. The place was quite clean, spacious, and had a nice atmosphere. The service was friendly and efficient — they took and prepared the order quickly. There are plenty of seating options, which is a big plus.
Unfortunately, the dish I ordered didn’t quite meet my expectations. I had the Pad Thai with chicken. While it was nicely presented, I found the flavor lacking, and the noodles were a bit sticky and clumped together, which was disappointing.
I would recommend this spot for less picky diners. It’s a decent place to grab a meal, but I’d try something else from the menu next time.
Very disappointing my order was completely wrong.
Walked in and waited around for 5min or so for someone to greet us. We ended up just grabbing an open table and seating ourselves. Waited another 4-5min and I got up to get my own menus. Another minute or so, I told the guy hiding in the back room on his phone that I grabbed menus and we seated ourselves. The response “I’m not a waiter.” Ok cool. I don’t know who is at this point.
Servers came out quickly after that and got our drinks and appetizer/food order. Then ghost town for almost an hour. Wasn’t busy at all when we ordered, picked up about 15min after that. People came in after us and got their food.
I think the priority in the kitchen was phone in to go orders but at the same time those people came in to pick up and were still waiting too.
About 1hr 45min total for 4 rolls and a bowl of pho. Food wasn’t bad but after waiting so long it didn’t matter how good it was.
I had such high hopes for this place because they have such a diverse menu. Maybe that’s the problem.
I ordered 2 bubble tea over the phone. Sever said it will take 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, I walked into the restaurant, but they did even start to make it. It was 20mins before break time, so only one customer was there. I had to wait 10 more mins for only bubble tea, but the server (lady) didn't said anything (I said I really have to go) she just put my drink front of me and walk away without saying any words. Thank you for waiting or bye or sorry for waiting - those are basic sentences that the server can say to the customer who's been waiting for drinks 15mins.
The Tom Kah soup was very good, I would order it again. The chicken satay was very disappointing. The chicken was fried, dry and hard and the peanut sauce was watery and flavorless.
Normally a great place to eat (given the dearth of good restaurants in Richmond Hill). Today the appetizer was still frozen and it took over an hour for our food to arrive.

Probably the best restaurant in Richmond Hill. The food here is consistently perfect, very fresh-tasting, and as good as any Thai food I've had in NY, LA, D.C., etc. Wonderful outdoor seating for when the weather is nice enough to eat outside. Terrific service, great daily specials, extremely reasonable prices. We love this place for lunch or dinner!
Vegetarian options: The Thai Curry Noodles with vegetables is WONDERFUL. I also get the Pad Thai with tofu and it's always great.

Do not get rolls here…the ratio is like 90% rice to 10% fish. Grocery store rolls were better than this. Very disappointed
