“I love this place and would recommend it to anyone and hate leaving reviews but today was just… not it.. We’ve always loved coming here and typically have a great experience, but unfortunately this visit was a disappointment. Our party of 9 (4 adults, 5 kids) arrived at 5pm, placed our order about 10 minutes later, and got our drinks with no issues. After an hour with no food, the manager came over to let us know our server had entered our order but never actually sent it to the kitchen. About 20 minutes later, food started coming out in pieces not all at once. By this point, our two oldest kids (7 & 8) were in tears because they were so hungry. The 4-year-old’s meal still wasn’t out when everyone else was eating. When we mentioned it, our waitress simply said, “sorry about that,” and moved on to her next table. Kinda felt dismissive, really. We truly love this establishment and have had many positive visits, but this time was frustrating and disappointing for both the kids and adults at our table.“

“Ordered tamales and didn't realize they would be twice the size of "normal". So I ended up with leftovers for lunch the next day. I got the pork mole ones. Packed with pork. Masa soft and yet firm at the same time. Not dry at all. Perfect. Literally only thing I'd change would be to ask for extra red sauce. I like the filling a bit more wet than these were. But not an actual complaint, just my personal preference. I will definitely be coming back for more & to try other menu items.“

“The place has a relaxed atmosphere and the service was friendly. We ordered a beef shawarma wrapped in a thin flatbread, and it was really tasty well seasoned and full of flavor. We also tried the fried mushrooms, which were delicious, perfectly crispy on the outside and soft inside — a real treat for anyone who loves mushrooms. The sauces were excellent, and the red wine was the perfect touch to finish off a cozy, enjoyable dinner.“

“Best Pho since leaving Dallas, TX!! Glad we found Super Pho and Grill. Only negative is it is very warm inside (no a/c) which is not pleasant when eating hot soup. But the pho is full of vegetables and very filling. Have been twice and will go again.“

“We absolutely recommend THIS BRUSTERS’S in East Brainerd. The staff is Fantastic!! They didn’t have my most on Wednesday. This precious lady said, don’t worry Honey, I will fix you up. They absolutely are 10 out 10 in flavor, customer service, cleanliness and personality!! We drive from Chickamauga to get our Bruster’s fix and buy pints to take home.“

When we reached out to Chef Ashford, he offered to cook for us in our AirBnb as the restaurant was not ready yet. What a wonderful dinner. We had an excellent chef’s table meal in our own “home”! Chef Ashford was very personable and we enjoyed sharing our stories. And despite the small size of the kitchen, he made it happen. Thanks again Chef Ashford! See you next time!“

“Firebirds 🔥 is our favorite spot. Great place to go for special occasions, they are always generous with a special dessert. Food is deliciously amazing, service is top shelf, ambiance is really great and we love Don, the manager! He's always busy keeping everything running perfectly and has a smile remembering us. Happy hour is worth your trip from far away, the Bar Bite menu is the best!! I love the Parmesan Fries, the Beef Sliders and the Chicken Nachos are truly a must!! Of course the wine 🍷 is always good. You won't be disappointed ‼️“

“The only thing better than the food was the amazing service from Reggie 😊 She was so kind and patient with my 8 year old who loves to chit chat- A LOT! We ordered an onion pizza, pepperoni pizza, lasagna, kids spaghetti meal and for an appetizer we got thr cheesy meatballs! They were amazing, super cheese pull and i cant wait to go back and get more! The pizzas were delicious and my son tried hard to put a dent in his spaghetti but it was a large portion for a kids meal. The only thing I wouldn't order again is the lasagna,. It wasn't bad but everything else was so much better.

We had plenty of space at our table for the 5 of us with all of our food and drinks. It was a very comfortable casual place with a nice family/friends atmosphere. We absolutely loved it and will be going back!“
