I’m writing this review because of the interaction I had today with an employee named Dreka (I’m not sure if I’m spelling her name correctly.) She was very friendly & had excellent customer service skills as well as took initiative to make sure that my meal was correct & I had anything I needed. She is definitely an asset to this establishment.
Curbside was an option in the website and so I chosed that option. I placed order online, clicked I arrive and sat in parking space. They were not busy at all. No customers inside and a few went to drive thru. I waited for about 15-20 minutes. Went to drive thru window and told the cashier I been waiting for my food. She advised me that they do not offer curbside. I asked why is the option on the website. She handed my food which was clearly already made and gave me a blank...
My food from this place is not always how i order it, and very seldom do i get my food hot and fresh, and the size of the meat on their hamburgers has seemed to shrink, breakfast time, is the best food you will get from here, no complaints about there breakfast.
