“Normally the service is superb but today I came in to pick up my pizza got ignored for 10 minutes then someone showed up smelling like cigarettes and I had to wait an additional 15 min for my pizza which I had already placed the order online and it should have been ready. Pizza was great but I'm done with pizza hut now. Service is everything if I'm spending my money!“
“Honestly, today was the best service I've had here! We were greeted by the assistant manger Ant! Our orders were messed up and he fixed them, without a fuss or an attitude!! I really appreciated it! The service here is often terrible so I'm glad he was here tonight!“
