“We ordered for delivery (against our better judgement). We didn't receive tortillas for an order of fajitas. Called the restaurant and got hung up on 3 times. Called DoorDash and tried to resolve it and THEY HUNG UP ON THEM TWICE. I have screen caps of this. My daughter's quesadilla gave her cramps until 4am and my chicken seemed like it was boiled. In liquid distilled from sadness. But with less seasoning. Life is too short to deal with crap like this. Cook at home, people. It's better for you and way less frustrating.“

“Endless appetizers are always good . Those were the best , you can actually get a cheese pull on the cheese sticks . My tator tots were totally overcooked though . Wings were a tad overcooked also but they were still good . Server was absolutely great also ! She was very attentive and did us good ! 4 people and we spent 59$ , not bad at all !!! Could've been totally worse also .“

“I really like this place. but i must express myself when I say check your order. passing through from Chattanooga living in rocky face it's a long drive just to pick up a side order. when you pay 30$ for 8pc chicken fingers and two sides get it rite. 6yr old and a 1yr old don't eat cold slaw when they wanted Mac and cheese.... Come on boys yall do better. it's my fault because I didn't check my order. but after working along day and hungry kids it slipped my mind. for what we pay for food. it better be rite. again people check your order before living especially when you live 20mins away“

“Shared to Google The Chickamauga Pizza Hut is the best. Their service is always great, but with today being Memorial Day they were busier than normal. When we pulled up there was a line of cars at the window. I noticed someone pulling up behind me and they got out and walked in. I was thinking of asking my husband to go in when I noticed it was a Pizza Hut employee back from a delivery. I felt bad she couldn’t get to where they normally park and had to walk so far. To my surprise she walked in, and then quickly back out and began going up to cars asking for their names, and taking their payments and bringing orders out. We had to wait a little longer than normal but we did not mind. Everyone we saw inside was working so hard to get orders out quickly, but Cecily really impressed me with how she didn’t seem upset she had to walk further, and didn’t miss a beat coming out to help all of us that were waiting. Oh, and the pizza was so good. :0)“

We ordered drom the app and due to an app error, the General Store Manager kindly granted us a complimentary drink with the order. I appreciate the staff being willing to listen to my obervation with the error in the app, so it was a perfect gift of service from them on their part! Thanks !
