Last time I was there I was served by a very polite young man..heck lots of us old timers like to joke around but my order always smells so good I get it home and dig in.. ain't got time to be jokin around... place is clean and shiny my old CPO would be proud.“

“Neat bridge with a few old buildings. You can walk across the bridge but cannot go in the buildings. There are plaques with historical info about the place. This is an especially nice little side trip if you are visiting the Etowah Indian Mounds Park. Also, be sure to stop into Nanny G's bakery by the bridge. We tried banana pudding cheesecake, peach hand pie, oatmeal cookie, and "the world's best" cookie. All were extraordinary!“
