Worst trip to Arby's ever! The lady in the line before me had to correct her order three times and they still got it wrong. She finally got fed up, took the bag they gave her, and walked off without her drinks. They should've given her the drinks for free. Two of the employees was just sitting out front, having their lunch I assume, EATING CHIC-FIL-LE... I stood in line for at least 15 minutes waiting for my order to be taken. customer service was not where it needed to be. I've worked in food service at multiple restaurants so I know what to expect. long waits on top of not preparing a simple condiment on what I ordered is absurd....
