Subway is known for its delicious subs, fresh and soft bread, and friendly service. Customers appreciate the tasty Veggie overstuffed wrap and the outgoing staff. However, the store could benefit from additional help during busy hours to improve wait times and overall service. Despite these challenges, the wonderful customer service skills of the team make every visit a pleasant experience. Subway offers a pleasant dining experience with room for improvement in service efficiency. The sandwiches are great, but the prices can be high, with some customers feeling that the $5 foot long deals are a thing of the past. The staff is always extremely nice, and the food is always good, even if it can get backed up during busy times. The hardworking staff, like the dedicated older employee, could use more support to better serve the customers.
