This is a chain and not a real bagel shop!!!!!
We are here on vacation and decided to try this place because it was similar to one of our favorites from home. It was definitely not like the place from home! The restaurant was dirty, the cashier didn’t greet us, the soda machine barely had any carbonation in the drinks, and the food took over 30 minutes to get to us. We were told it was because the printer didn’t work in the kitchen. That was understandable but the cashier should have noticed. Instead he was too busy trying...read full review
I waited my turn while they filled other orders was told they would get my 6 bagels. They took the customer behind me filled there order before mine so none of my order was available. Defeats the purpose standing in line to place an order if they are going to go around you.
