We have ordered from this restaurant many times. Called in an order for pickup and was quoted one hour for our food to be ready. We show up just after the one hour window and pay and then are left to sit and wait for over 30 minutes and still food is not ready. We are advised five more minutes - guess what it wasn't ready. After 1 hour 45 minutes I ask for a refund and instead of an apology I am told not to do order from them again.
