Service and food has always been great. Our annual anniversary place. Shout out to Eddie in the kitchen tonight! We can't recommend this place enough. 100/100 stars.
F you're looking for a special experience at an exceptional steakhouse, you've found the spot! As a fan of steakhouses who has tried many of them in many cities, Bask has quickly become our favorite and the standard against which we judge all the rest. From the elegant atmosphere to the exceptional service and fantastic wine selection, every detail is thoughtfully executed. The food is just spectacular. There is no other seafood tower that even come close to this one!! The char on the steaks is amazing, and the spinalis cut is so tender and just perfectly executed - other steakhouses simply do not execute it like this. Don't get me started on the A5 wagyu - I dream about it. If you appreciate great steaks, excellent wines, and a great server (like Rahman) who helps tie it all together into one amazing evening, you must try Bask.
Ramen was a fabulous waiter, very knowledgeable regarding the food & wine, and provided great recommendations for both. Very attentive! Spectacular apps/salads /steaks!! Fun & flavorful cocktails. This place will be added to our list of bests!!
We had an outstanding experience! Our server along with all of the other team members were excellent, multiple people checked on us throughout the night to ensure we were happy with everything. We stayed an hour past closing and our waiter did not make us feel rushed whatsoever and encouraged us to stay as long as we would like. We will definitely return.
Can't believe I missed this place before, glad I found it! Everything about this place is 5☆!

I went to the Roswell Community Facebook page asking for a special occasion restaurant recommendation for my birthday dinner. After an overwhelming response suggesting we go to Bask Steakhouse , we went last night and it was the most magically delicious dinner I could’ve imagined. Thank you to the owner, Tim Stevens for making it such a memorable night! All the extra touches made it so special.
My husband’s comments throughout the night included
-“How many stars can I give this place?”
-“I need to go to the bank real quick so I can give them all my money”
-“This has been the best dining experience I’ve ever had”
-“Why didn’t we come here for my birthday?”
And I must agree with him on everything!
10/5 ⭐️
What we had:
-elk carpaccio (WOW. SO good!)
-Pan roasted scallops
-8 oz Spinalis (best steak I’ve ever had in my 30 years of life)
-seafood Mac and cheese (cheesiest mac I ever did see)
-Cinnamon roll bread pudding
This is now our go to for all future special occasions. Thank you for the recommendation, Roswell!
ALSO it is so easy to park here. Much better than downtown locations where parking can become a nightmare
Side note: Watch out for the candles if you have long hair like me. I was close to catching my hair on fire a couple times walking through there😅

Bask continues to excel in their food, service, and setting. It's our “go-to” when celebrating moments. Everything is exquisite and never disappoints!
We love Bask! Our go-to steakhouse. And the chocolate chip cookie is the best dessert we've ever had! Great drinks, food, and vibe.

Drinks are minuscule. Glass was 4/5 air and 1/5 bourbon. Switched to beer and the Johnny Colman IPA was one of the best I ever had. Stick to the wine or beer.

Food, Service, and Atmosphere are abs awesome.
Do not buy a gift card from them. They will thieve you and tell you it has no value. Very disappointing and embarrassing for such a high end steakhouse to have such pathetic bookkeeping.
Loved the evening until they wouldn’t honor the $150 gift card I was gifted.
Shameful

Firstly, I want to say that we reviewed the menu and the website before we came in order to examine the vibe. Everything appeared to represent a fine dining restaurant and atmosphere. Keep in mind, we DID review the menu before coming so we knew the price points on the food and happily agreed to go. HUGE MISTAKE. I don’t understand how you can’t cook steak when you call yourself a “Steak House”.
Whomever crafted the cocktails dropped the ball. Everything tasted bitter or just off-putting and weird. The names were cute, but the mixers were random and strange. The table beside us commented as well on the lackluster cocktails. We all agreed out of respect for the bartender that we wouldn't cause a fuss just to be nice and keep our mouths shut.
What was I “basking in”, failure?
My Spinalis was originally ordered medium-rare. This is almost a $100 specialty cut of beef (with NO sides, as they are a-la-carte and arrived cold at our table). My guests had a hard time figuring out if the cut was closer to medium-well or well-done. No manager in sight, no apology, just wasted money with absolutely no explanation. We all felt tricked. I paid the bill out of pure embarrassment for my guests and after finding out that I couldn't surprise them with a physical gift card, (they instructed me to go online to their website), it was even more shameful.
I can’t justify spending that much money on sub-par food that assimilates itself so proudly of a real steakhouse and can't provide gift card services on a holiday season.
Such a great location put to waste unless they can do better.

This place is great and I’d put it up there with the best in the area. While some items are much better than others, that’s any restaurant. The elk carpaccio is special. As are the steaks with the garlic herb butter. It’s expensive but it’s worth a nice night out.
