From the Earth Brewing Company is a restaurant with good beer and delicious food. The service is friendly and attentive, even when busy. The pretzel bites are awesome, with good beer cheese and mustard. The greek salad with shrimp and buffalo wings are fresh and cooked perfectly. The shrimp and grits and shrimp scampi appetizer are highly recommended. The craft cocktails are great, and the atmosphere is comfortable. The beer selection includes a Kolsch, Pilsner, triple (tripel), and IPA. The place is clean and upscale, although located in a strip mall. Overall, it offers nice portions, quality food, and friendly service. Reservations are recommended, especially on show nights.
