They need to hire people that actually care about their job like the dunkin on Holcomb bridge rd. I don’t understand how hard it is to do your job correctly. First of all this place almost always has a wait even when I place a mobile order in advance. I understand if they are busy but I placed an order at 5pm and the store was almost empty and the young lady in glasses completely forgot about it and started working on it when I got there.
