This restaurant, AROMA INDIAN BISTRO is so great! Food is very authentic & delicious. The prices are very affordable and the service is better than most other restaurants I've been in. The menu has everything you could ask for, The Masala Chai is awesome. They also serve beer & wine. This restaurant is very family friendly. You know that when you walk in & see other Indians enjoying themselves is an indication that it is the best around! The new management has really brought back true Indian Cuisine! “My girlfriend decided to try a new restaurant and this place didn't disappoint. The relaxed yet inspiring atmosphere complements the rich flavors in the food, and the staff's friendly demeanor only added to the experience. Our server Toney was friendly and kind, and his favorite dish Malai Kofta was a show stopper! We ordered it as spice level 4, and the balance of heat and curry flavors was perfect. The waitresses was so kind, informative, and even more so for my kids making sure they each had their own raita and chutneys so no fights at the table. The naan was buttery and fluffy with a mild sweetness. The Chicken 65 was especially good even as leftovers! The Butter Chicken is def. the best in the area with hing and feenugreek in it leading to a rich, distinct taste that stands out from other restaurants. Lemon and onion was complimentary and refilled quickly. The Daal was decedent and the Paneer Tandoori was fantastic with the perfect char, lots of peppers, and great marinade. They unfortunally took the pani puri off the menu which will be missed because it was so good, but that aside an absolute must visit!“

Only one suggestion-
Don’t be so stingy on the sambhar. 2tbsp of sambhar isn’t enough for a dosa or uttapam.
No sambhar is provided with Idli.

“I’ve been to this restaurant 4–5 times, and they have never disappointed me. The food is consistently good, especially the fried rice it’s really delicious. I’ve tried haleem at many places, but the one here is very flavorful and one of the best I’ve had in Atlanta. I also tried the mutton ghee roast pulav, and it was really good.

“Great family dinner at Charminar! They have a huge variety of dishes, and everything tasted fresh. The appetizers are quite spicy (true Hyderabadi style!), so be prepared for a kick. The rumaali roti was the highlight of the table. Though the menu seemed a bit pricey at first, they gave us a 10% discount on our check, which was a lovely surprise. “I recently visited Block Buster Bar and Restaurant, and I have to say, my experience was quite surprising in a good way. When I first walked in, the place was empty, which made me a bit hesitant about ordering food. However, I decided to give it a shot, and I'm glad I did.

I started with the chicken bandi style pakodi as an appetizer, which was flavorful and had a great texture. For the main course, I tried the Andhra chicken curry with tandoori roti. The curry was rich and spicy, just like you'd find in India, and the roti was perfectly cooked. To finish off my meal, I had the bread halwa for dessert, which was a delightful and sweet end to an already satisfying meal.

Overall, all the dishes I tried were delicious and brought back memories of India. I'm really glad I decided to visit Block Buster Bar and Restaurant. It was a pleasant surprise, and I left feeling very satisfied.“

this place is one of the smaller stores that serve delightful Indian cuisine.

I came around 8pm for combo order of Butterchicken/8oz naan/ and simosa that was served with rice.
- the simosa was really cooled down or warm when I first bit into it, mine was not baked throughly well but i am not in distaste. The Butter chicken was a great choice for me as I rarely go out for Indian food, but this place is a gem, and has home feeling when you order there. The butter chicken was great, warm, and filling; however, I did not think the portion matched the price. (Their reviews don’t allow picture submissions, so I could not share the photos)

The staff was really nice and they had a slow night, but one of the ladies there took care of me and the food, as I ordered thru their website. She called me back and assured the comments on my order were understandable and that the kitchen can make the desired accommodations. There was much of the editing process in their naans as I wanted a garlic naan instead; however, thankfully for the lady who called she was able to offer me my selection of garlic naan (I offered to pay extra). I just didn’t want to order another garlic naan when I could I just edit my current naan to a garlic naan, in which she took care of me for that I thank her.

Sweet staff, they’ll take care of you! I offered to pay more for the naan but big thanks to her and the kitchen. A nice gesture like that I wouldn’t back away from adding extra gratuity.

I would definitely come back more often to try out their menu a bit more.

“Homely taste. Chutney quality and taste needs to be improved, feels like paste. The takeaway food doesn't stay fresh for more than a few hours. I recently had the Masala Pesarattu Dosa, and I liked that the potato masala filling inside it actually had some spices to it. It gave a good flavor rather than being just bland. Sambar was decent. Biryani Thali is good.“

“This restaurant catered my daughter's wedding at the end of June this year. Multiple events where everyone was very impressed with the choices of both vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes..I have not heard a single complaint, and everyone feasted on the variety. Many thanks to the team who ensured the guests always had enough food to find on and for ensuring the quality of food and service was second to none. Highly recommend this restaurant.
