Even though there are many, many Chinese restaurants in this area, most were mediocre at best. Tonight, I tried The Pearl and it was absolutely outstanding! The best Chinese food that I have had anywhere in the US, including NYC and San Francisco. The restaurant itself is very nice and clean and you are immediately greeted by a very friendly hostess so the first impression is excellent. The servers are very attentive and fast and the food arrives quickly.
