Even though there are many, many Chinese restaurants in this area, most were mediocre at best. Tonight, I tried The Pearl and it was absolutely outstanding! The best Chinese food that I have had anywhere in the US, including NYC and San Francisco. The restaurant itself is very nice and clean and you are immediately greeted by a very friendly hostess so the first impression is excellent. The servers are very attentive and fast and the food arrives quickly. The food is perfectly prepared and the flavor is distinctly better than other Chinese restaurants but the very noticeable difference was the quality of their ingredients. Everything, meat and all vegetables, seemed to be very fresh and very high quality products. For the best Chinese meal that you have ever tasted, you must try The Pearl!“
