“The best Chinese!“

“Wow! I cannot believe I hadn’t tried this place sooner. Husband and I were looking for some good Chinese food in Duluth and stumbled upon Xin’s on Google Maps. Not only was it close by, it was some of the most delicious Asian cuisine we have ever tried in Georgia.

There was no wait for a table and our waiter was very nice. The portions were more than enough for the two of us to dine-in a lot and then take a full box to-go. We also had some pan fried dumplings (not pictured) that were very tasty.

And the prices were amazing. We ate 3 different meals, took a full to-go box, and tipped about 25% – and it was still super cheap.

Cannot recommend this place enough! We can’t wait to come back.“

“ChiliSpot delivered exactly what I was hoping for—bold, authentic Sichuan flavors with plenty of heat and character. We tried the boiled fish with green pepper and the eggplant with garlic sauce, and both were excellent. The fish was tender with a flavorful, spicy broth, while the eggplant was rich, savory, and packed with garlic and chili flavor.

The portions are very generous, which also explains the pricing—you definitely get a lot of food and the dishes are great for sharing. Service was good, and the restaurant has a clean, comfortable interior. It is located in a busy strip mall, so parking and traffic around the area can get a little hectic.

Overall, a very satisfying Sichuan meal with authentic flavors and huge portions. I would definitely come back, especially for the fish dishes.“

“It’s on par with the Northeastern restaurants in New York. As a Northeasterner, I think the Northeastern cuisine they cook is quite authentic and the price is very affordable. The only drawback is that it’s a bit bland. I went back twice and the chef’s performance was not very stable. I ordered pickled cabbage powder each time. The tastes are all different, but the Guobao Pork is always good. The hot pepper and dried tofu is not so good.“

“They greeted us with a friendly smile and welcomed us in. This was a first time for us recommended by a friend. Good was really good and the waiter was very patient don't about of the food was very different from what we get at a Chinese restaurant in New York. It was very fresh and seemed homemade. I was told by others that this is was authentic Sichuan cooking. I would go there again next time I am in the area and recommend it to others.“

“Definitely one of my most favorite restaurants on Buford HWY! First I wasn’t sure if the chef was from Sichuan, but when I tasted a few key dishes, then I know he got it right. Later I found out the chef especially went to Sichuan for training! Great value for the $ and authentic taste - it’s a double win!“

“I have been searching for a new favorite Chinese restaurant since moving to this area a year and a half ago. Even though there are many, many Chinese restaurants in this area, most were mediocre at best. Tonight, I tried The Pearl and it was absolutely outstanding! The best Chinese food that I have had anywhere in the US, including NYC and San Francisco. The restaurant itself is very nice and clean and you are immediately greeted by a very friendly hostess so the first impression is excellent. The servers are very attentive and fast and the food arrives quickly. The food is perfectly prepared and the flavor is distinctly better than other Chinese restaurants but the very noticeable difference was the quality of their ingredients. Everything, meat and all vegetables, seemed to be very fresh and very high quality products. For the best Chinese meal that you have ever tasted, you must try The Pearl!“
