Food was immaculate. If you are searching for authentic Sichuan Cuisine this is the place to go. The Sizzling beef with black pepper was one of the best beef dishes I have ever had. The combination of the beef and the spicy oil was perfect at Medium Spice. Just enough to give you a burn but not too spicy. Very great food. Well worth the wait. Noodles, shrimp dish and dumplings were so good. The sidelong beef plate was a little too oily for me but still really good flavor. Favorite was the been noodle dish (can't remember what it was called.
