The best Chinese!
We had a wonderful experience! We tried the Chicken Fried Rice, Cumin Beef, Onion Spicy Dry Pot Chicken, Kung Pao Shrimp, Fried Fish Fillet, and Dry Fried Eggplant. Everything was flavorful and delicious, with a great variety of dishes to share.
The dry fried eggplant was especially good, and the cumin beef and spicy dry pot chicken were packed with flavor.

The Sichuan Chinese food with it's hot, spicy and bold flavors is something to crave for. I was first introduced to the Sichuan food when I tried the China taste restaurant in Marietta more than a decade back and from that day amoung Chinese cuisines , Sichuan cuisine has been my most favorite. Although the use of oil is high in the Sichuan style food, the taste is incredible, so once in a while it's ok from a health consideration stand point :)
