“My wife and I have passed this restaurant many times as we would go to the Super H Mart in Johns Creek. We decided to stop in and try it. We were not disappointed! We ordered sweet and sour pork, salt and pepper squid, and orange chicken...way too much food for two people. All the entrees were delicious and served quickly. The restaurant was not crowded and we never felt rushed. The great thing about ordering the food is we now have a lunch that just needs to be heated. We plan to go back and take our family and grandchildren with us. We pull definitely recommend this restaurant for very tasty Cantonese style Chinese food.“
“I would say it's good. It's not great and it's no where near terrible. We used to come here years ago when it was another name and the menu was very different and loved it. I have been looking to try it, but finally went tonight. I would say most of the menu is more authentic cuisine with things I would never dare try, and a small section in the front of more American style meals, but if you want rice, you have to pay extra because it doesn't come with your meal. I ordered the Mongolian Shrimp and it was good. Nothing wrong with it except shrimp was overcooked and had tails still on and there was absolutely nothing else in it except for onions, scallions, and sauce. Not much flavor except, well, the onions. My husband had basically Cashew Chicken and really enjoyed it. It's big and clean inside with pleasant music playing and service was fine, with the exception of my meal being brought out a solid 5 minutes before my husband's. Overall, not bad, but not as good as the last place was years ago.“
“We had a fantastic first time at LanZhou. The hand made noodle dishes where amazing and the Pork Fried Buns were so good! The portions are huge and we definitely had to take more food. The chicken fried rice and Ramen blew us away. The wait was short because we just missed the rush, after 7pm you WILL have to wait for a table. The popularity of this place is obvious. The service and food were worth driving to Buford Hwy for. Also, they have a new location in Kennesaw we are excited about. In 2923 they got "Recommended" by Michelin Guide, now we know why.“
“We ordered dry pot with spicy diced chicken and flounder with ratten pepper. The flavor is outstanding. Chicken is tender and a bit crispy. There are also a lot of vegetable such as seaweed and crunchy cauliflower at the bottom. Will definitely visit here again!! Highly recommend this place.“
“La Mei Zi is a great spot for authentic Chinese and Taiwanese food on the Buford Highway! Everything was delicious and the prices were reasonable for the portion size and quality! I would especially recommend the three cup chicken and the Taiwanese noodles!“
“I have been to 12 Lunar a number of times and their food is excellent. We've had the Wings, Egg Rolls, Hot and Sour Soup and Fire Wok Steak and Kung Pao Chicken. They were all delish. The interior is clean, modern and comfortable. Friendly service as well! Please give it a try!“
“A delightful experience, always! I like to go in during my lunch break to enjoy great food at a fair price. Make sure you see Sandy, its always a joy to have her as your server. She's so nice and friendly! The food is really good, I highly recommend the kung pao chicken, shrimp fried rice, or mapo tofu for vegetarians.“
“We came around 4pm on a Sunday. There were lots of dim sum choices, but since it was later in the day they were out of some of them. Very fast and friendly service. Large spacious tables. Very large menu with tons of options (no beer or wine). We loved the salt & pepper squid, chow fun, pot stickers & leek & shrimp dumplings. The only thing we were not a huge fan of was the pork buns. The meat was greasy with an odd taste and too dense (not tender). We would definitely come back again. The women's bathroom was ice cold (not sure if heat was broke).“
“We ordered the typical Korean-Chinese menu and the quality of the food was great. All the fried entrees were crispy and had the right amount of sauce and flavoring. The noodle was good too, but not outstanding. The waitress (may have been manager?) was courteous and attentive. Will visit again.“
“Located on the lefthand side of Italy Optical on Buford Highway, the smallish Chinese eatery in the bomb! Terrific fish dishes and a range of tasty dishes like garlic eggplant and sweet and sour pork. Dishes range from 13 to 20 dollars. Arrive early or be prepared to wait this place fills up quickly. Service is efficient but basic. Check your order straight first time. Don’t be shy to flag someone down if need something bc their are too busy to check up on you.“
“Every time I order online from Great China in Lilburn the food is always hot, fresh and on point! I usually get Kung Pao Chicken and Wonton soup. I also like their Mongolian beef dish. After yet another satisfying lunch I had to leave a 5 star review today. Keep up the great work guys!“
“I have now came here about 15+ times. It is for real some of the most flavorful and wonderful Chinese food you will find. I have tried many different soup dumplings around the United States (including NYC) and this is the best that there is no doubt. I have brought all my friends here“
“Delicious dumplings tucked away in this Duluth shopping center. Ordered steamed, soup and fried dumplings. Really enjoyed them all but the soup dumplings were more vinegar than I liked. Restaurant is small with limited seating. Server was friendly. Ordered orange chicken with white rice - came out with fried rice. Ordered beef noodles with no cabbage - came out with cabbage. Not a big deal but errors that should not have happened as we were the only customers in there. The orange chicken was fine but the noodles were really good. I’d defiantly go back for the dumplings and noodles. Their health score is an”82” ? hopefully they get that corrected. Overall a good experience.“
“One hour lunch break & I ordered something quick & lite, spring rolls & egg drop soup. More than enough to keep me full for the rest of the shift. The atmosphere is quite & hospitable. Great for a quick bite during lunch or the usual business lunch meeting. Awesome place.“
“The food was absolutely delicious. I went during the week so there was not a crowd. It is worth the cost you pay. Probably the best Chinese food I have had the pleasure of tasting in quite some time. Will be returning.Parking: The spots were easy to maneuver. The parking lot is large enough for an SUV.“
“Nice ambience. Veeeery friendly service. The server was extremely nice and informed me exactly which options were strictly vegetarian. I loved that. He was completely transparent about which food options had fish sauce, oyster sauce, shrimp sauce etc. I went with the Singaporean noodles with veggies and it was yummmm.Thank you for being awesome!Vegetarian options: Singaporean noodles. Ask for no egg.“
“Stopped by Crazy Skewers for a "light meal" and left super full. The staff was friendly. The menu is quite extensive-- vegetarian friendly as well. The spices on the grilled skewers aren't spicy. Everything was well-seasoned and cooked pretty well.“
“I was looking for a good Chinese hot pot place and wanted to give this place a try. We had an yin&yang family pot with lamb, prime rib eye, and tofu combo. It was fantastic! They had a good quality meat and the tofu combo was pretty nice. Broth for the hot pot was very delicious- not too heavy or salty.Food was decently priced.Definitely will come back!!!“
“This place is a secret Gem. Food is Delicious and fresh, when I want authentic Chinese food my new go to. Reminds me of Chinese food from back in the day. The prices are very affordable and the amount of food you get. Definitely recommend giving them a try. Honestly the best place to grab Chinese food. I brought twice this week.“
“We didn’t plan to eat here to begin with, it just happened. We chose it because we saw a lot of people eating inside and we didn’t know what to expect. The service was phenomenal and the food was amazing. Chinese restaurants are usually difficult for my family and I to eat at because we don’t know what to get, hit or miss for us. Tonight was a big hit.“
“Omg ! This restaurant is soooo good ! If you want authentic style , flavorful, high quality Chinese - Thai food , THIS IS YOUR SIGN to go and and check out this family owned restaurant. I’ve been coming here for a while and it blows my mind how good the food still is after all these years. Winnie and her hubby (owners) are sweethearts and so welcoming. Check out Sunshine - you WILL NOT be disappointed!“
“Food is always fantastic! From the Fried Crab Rangoons, Fried Potstickers, and their amazing fried rice! Price is right on point with portion sizes! Everything is delicious and always cooked perfectly, highly recommend Sunshine to anyone that hasn’t tried it before! Take the leap!“
“I came for the $10.99 lunch special, but sadly you cannot get wonton soup with it. You can only get egg drop or hot and sour soup. ?Why not let your customers have the option of wonton soup? Even if you only put 2 dumplings in the soup I would have been happy. ??? Also, no red sweet & sour sauce?!?! ?Anyway, I ended up getting my favorite Chinese dish - wonton soup for $3.95 ( came with 4 dumplings). Also ordered steamed rice and spring rolls. IMO it was all just ok. Probably won’t be back. However, Chef Wu is a very nice, quiet, clean, comfortable, relaxing atmosphere to eat lunch. Thanks for having a couple comfortable booths for people with back pain. ❤️“
“We end up coming back to China Hot Pot over and over again thanks to its consistency and flavor. The best part about this hot pot is the sauce bar - be your own chef and mix everything in various proportions and you have a top class dipping sauce. The beef and pork slices are classics, but the fish is surprisingly good too!“
“Fantastic and fresh! Chef Kong prepared us a wonderful lunch. There was a steady stream of folks picking up togo orders as the words has gotten out. We had heard about this place and drove from Stone Mountain. Everything is fresh, which is such a nice change.“
“One of my go to American style Chinese restaurants for a quick lunch! Food always comes out quick and fresh. Service is great. There is plenty of seating as well as drive through pick up. For American Chinese food everything I've tried tastes good and is in the less than $10 range for lunch. Restaurant is clean.“
“Went to Simon's on Christmas Day with a group of 10 friends. We had a reservation. At first they tried to sit us in a 4 top booth with a table pushed next to it. We were 10 adults and this did not work. The manager set up another long table for us. They did have an abbreviated Holiday menu but everyone loved their food. Once we were seated. Service was good.“
“The food is sooooo gooooddd!!!!This is the closest American Chinese food that reminds me of my hometown Chinese food in the Midwest! The crab Rangoon is sooo good and sweet. The shrimp general TOS was crispy and the sauce was soooo good! The rice was fluffy and seasoned! The chicken wings were perfect!“
“A fusion Asian restaurant with a mix of Korean and Chinese cuisine. The interior was nicely decorated and the servers were friendly. The pig's feet were good, the nurungji stew was good, and the atmosphere was nice. However, the food was a bit sweet for me. All in all, it was worth eating. It's just that authentic food tastes better to my taste.“
“The food was delicious, hot and plentiful ?! I ordered the shrimp and vegetables, a stir fry of small plump shrimp and crisp veggies (broccoli, celery, carrots, onions) in a clear, flavorful sauce. My family chose spicy soups, one was a medium-spiced seafood hot pot with white fish, squid and shrimp in a red spicy broth with quimchi and other veggies. The other was a beef soup, very spicy, with plenty of vegetables.Highly recommended!“
“Love this place and the owners! The food is soooo good and the portions extremely generous. Service is awesome and timely. It’s an easy place to miss as the windows are darkened, but do yourself a favor and go in. You will be greeted with a friendly hello and you will be glad you did. There is an OPEN sign on the window now and I found the windows are dark so that customers inside won’t be bothered by the sun. Just had the walnut shrimp and it is delicious!“
“Buried in a strip mall along Buford Highway this small restaurant is outstanding. Food is tasty and prepared fresh. Service is efficient. Don’t expect a lot of chat. Just good eats and the price is fair. Try the mayo shrimp and walnuts or basil chicken, both are delicious.“
“First time in Doraville, GA to visit the Tutkuanman exhibit and looking for dinner spot. Local recommended this place and it did not disappoint. From the rice vodka to the starter and of course entrée everything was delicious ?. Definitely recommend. So much more to try out. Food, atmosphere and service says " come back".Parking: Garage parking underneath“
“This is a reminder to myself: Get the beef and mushroom dish & mixed vegetable dish again as they are phenomenal!Pass on the lo mein unless you have chili crisp in the car or buy some at the supermarket. It needs a little extra something.“
“Excellent food and cooked fresh to order rice and veggies were moist and hot not hard and cold or old like most places. I wish they had a location in the city also since I’m back and forth. 5 stars for me I got chicken veggies and fried rice. Absolutely delicious I’ll be back soon ✅?Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access“
“Great place & great food! We went on a whim because another place in the same plaza was full, & it ended up amazing! We don't speak their language and we told them, so they recommended food for us, then helped us put the proper ingredients in when the food came out. The food came out in literally 3 minutes too! Would definitely go back.“
“How have you not been here? This is the best Cantonese food in Atlanta: and I lived in China for several years. It is also some of THE best service I have ever experienced. I have never had a bad meal here. I genuinely don't understand how they only have four stars. Also, most Friday or Saturday evenings, you can still find a seat. Definitely a hidden gem on Buford Drive.“
“I recently dined at PF Chang's and was delighted by the delicious food and impeccable service by Ashley. The flavors were exquisite, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience with discounted price by the fantastic Manager. Highly recommended!“
“It is made so traditionally, the food does not taste American made. This food exceeded my expectations and the cahier had a big smile, she didn’t react in any negative way when I was indescisive or when I told her to cancel an order because I wanted to select something else! The shop is also close to other traditional Asian cuisines, it feels like you’re in a different country when you go inside the farmers market it’s located in! Go try the food out and thank me later!!“
“Damn son this spot straight fire. Them buffalo wangz will make you want to transition just so you can go back and order more. I also got that gluttony pack aka that happy family. It does as advertised and made my miserable family happy if only for that one meal. So do yourself a favor and order some food from here before it's too late and you die. Because it's coming for all of us and it is guaranteed.“
“This was my first time at P.F. Chang’s and it was sooooo good! My server Thomas was so kind and recommended the Street Noodles and they definitely live up to the hype! Victoria was also super helpful and gave me a coupon for my next meal here and free chicken lettuce wraps to go! Definitely a place I need to go to again!“
“We were not sure we wanted to stay at this restaurant that didn’t serve traditional Chinese food. After speaking with them, we selected the items for our bowls and were amazed at our meals. I loved the privacy screen. We will be back soon. Just special.Dietary restrictions: You can select your meats and vegetables as we did.“
“I was little hesitant to try this place at first as the recent reviews were not good, but my family and I had a great experience. Great service and the food we ordered were amazing. We tried jjajang myun, gochu gan jjajang myun, chop ssal tang soo yuk, and jjamjjamyun and they were all great.“
“I've been taking food out from this restaurant for many years and I have to say it's the best Chinese food I've found in Gwinnett. The service is friendly, food is consistently good with nice portion sizes. Lunch portions are especially generous. Their egg rolls, crab rangoon and egg foo young dishes are delicious. This restaurant is a gem if you're looking for great food!“
“Excellent place for lunch or a date night. They have many different types of Asian cuisine. A terrific sushi bar, Chinese food, and Thai food and some others. The place is always spotless, 100% cleanliness rating. Excellent service and the food is always high-quality and fresh.“
“This was my first time ordering (Uber Eats) food from Asian Kitchen. I was highly surprised at how great the food tasted.I ordered black and pepper steak with vegetable fried rice. The portions are generous and the food taste very clean. The meat was flavorful and tender. I highly enjoyed it and will order again. The order came with red chili oil too.Since living in Duluth for 2 years or so I haven’t been able to find a good American Chinese Takeout experience. I’m happy I now have a go to.Vegetarian options: Vegetable Fried rice has broccoli, cabbage, bean sprouts, onions, and other vegetables.“
“Michelin recommended for a reason. We had the lamb cumin superwide hand pulled noodles and the cold skin Tofu. Both were layered with vegetables, spices, and outstanding flavor. It was a fun experience finding this spot in a supermarket and eating from trays but that just made it better.“
“My family often dines here or take out. We love the food and the attentive service. Recently I catered food for a party of 40. Catering Thai food is out of norm among my friends group. I must say it was a great win. Everyone loved the food. This is going to be on our top list now for parties too. Thank You James!“
“Growing up on New York Chinese food, and Chinese food being my favorite cuisine, I am a self-aware Chinese food snob. That said, this is the best tasting Chinese food I'd a very long time. In four separate orders, I've taken out a variety of dishes and every one of them is attractive, plentiful, and taste exactly like I'd expect it to taste in New York. Pork and beef is lean, unlike a lot of take out places that give you meat with large chunks of fat attached. The chicken is flavorful and the shrimp fresh and plentiful. Long-live Dragon Palace!“
“I never write yelp reviews but this place makes really authentic Sichuan food. We ordered 川贝凉粉Sichuan hot and cold Mung bean noodle,清蒸活鱼steamed live ginger and scallion fish(这个超级推荐!真的很好吃很正宗)and 钟水饺 (spicy master zhong's dumpling). The server was also extremely sweet 10/10. The place was clean and decorated just like the restaurants I would go to in China. If you order right it's extremely good. If I lived in Atlanta I would come back every week at least.“
