I placed a mobile or at approximately 7:45 pm April 13, 2024. Typically, when I place an order online, the order is ready after I make the 29 minute drive to get to the Royston location.Upon arrival, the lobby was full and it was noticeable that the customers’ tensions were high…not all were polite…and the crew was doing absolutely everything they could to maintain their composure/emotions/professionalism. SEVERAL of us waited over 2 hours for food…patiently and politely.I commend the crew for doing what they could but was extremely disappointed to watch a young lady, that came in/ordered behind me, not only get her order comped but leave before me. I was offered nothing after waiting in location for over 2 hours. Everyone that waited patiently and politely should’ve been offered something for not canceling their order or walking out with food without paying.Again, the crew held their ground and did the best they could while being short staffed and being treated poorly by the crowd ahead of me.

Horrific, just like the three previous orders. Paid for pan pizza and got something flat as a pancake. Had mushrooms on half, they “forgot”. Took almost two hours to actually receive the wrong food. Last time for them. ??

The staff was awesome and the pizza was perfect. Hope they get the salad bar back soon!
Dirty table. A topping left off a pizza that only allows 3 measly toppings to begin with!! Didn't even want pizza since I don't even eat crust!! Too much money for only sauce and not all the toppings!! I had to reluctantly choose pizza because the wings I wanted couldn't be made because of the fryer being damaged and therefore couldn't be used to cook them!! They won't bake them, even though another pizza hut makes them that way. If one pizza hut can do it like that, it makes no sense why they couldn't do it that way. I believe that they just don't want to do it because they just prefer not to.

We bought almost 75$ worth of food and then asked for some red pepper and cheese packs and they wanted to charge me for them.. food was a 4/10. Service wasn't the best. Very unorganized and the placed just looked gross. This was a Sunday night at 6pm and not a soul was inside eating... I guess that should have been my first clue.This place use to be the absolute best place in town but it's fallen far past that In recent years.

Pizzas barely had any sauce on them. Even after ordering with EXTRA sauce...ugh. And I was charged too much. Will drive the distance to Hartwell for Domino's next time.

Complete change of management since Nov 2023. New management is going above and beyond in their customer service. Due to lack of staff, however, the dining area is closed after 8 pm.Parking: Most of the customer parking is shaded. There is always plenty of parking available. Wheelchair access is from the back corner of the building and is easily to get to.
The actual store was clean and the manager was knowledgeable and personable.
Pizza was tasty and hot.
I was there a few months ago and left because of the lack of cleanliness.
Today was a different story as it was
Clean.
Next update should be the physical store.
Addie , the manager, deserves a shout out. She tried very hard and delivered a good product.

We went to this restaurant after work and wanted to dine in. Was met at the door with the manager telling us "we're not serving dine in". All the while her kids were running in and out of the restroom and her boyfriend/ baby daddy ( however young kids define their relationship nowadays) sitting at the table eating. The girl behind the counter agreed to try to accommodate us, so we sat down to order. Wife ordered Pepsi, I ordered sweet tea. Pepsi was brought to the table and I was told "we don't have any way to make sweet tea" . To my dismay, I ordered water. Response was "our water line is broken". Ok, so how are you washing your hands? We left with no intention of returning. Wasn't the servers fault at all, it's the piss poor attempt of an incompetent management group with no interest in the success of the store. So if you ordered take out on 12/11/23, surprise! Your food was probably flavored with dirty hands!

The place needs to shut down since they have no staff to serve dine in customers. There's no sign on the door declining dine in customers and the dining room was fully lit as if they were serving inside. Staff that was there was rude about the entire matter. Will never come back to that establishment for any reason take out or dine in. It's time for this obsolete chain of pizza joints to close for good.

Very overpriced.When I came in to pick it up, I was the only person in the restaurant and the person helping me couldn’t find my pizza. He had to get help from a young girl who was keeping company with a young man in a booth in the corner.
