We bought almost 75$ worth of food and then asked for some red pepper and cheese packs and they wanted to charge me for them.. food was a 4/10. Service wasn't the best. Very unorganized and the placed just looked gross. This was a Sunday night at 6pm and not a soul was inside eating... I guess that should have been my first clue.This place use to be the absolute best place in town but it's fallen far past that In recent years.
Complete change of management since Nov 2023. New management is going above and beyond in their customer service. Due to lack of staff, however, the dining area is closed after 8 pm.Parking: Most of the customer parking is shaded. There is always plenty of parking available. Wheelchair access is from the back corner of the building and is easily to get to.

I placed a mobile or at approximately 7:45 pm April 13, 2024. Typically, when I place an order online, the order is ready after I make the 29 minute drive to get to the Royston location.Upon arrival, the lobby was full and it was noticeable that the customers’ tensions were high…not all were polite…and the crew was doing absolutely everything they could to maintain their composure/emotions/professionalism.
